A very good three nights there. Comfortable room. Breakfast in the bedroom wasn't expected but was still ok. Good staff and enjoyable stay.

Lovley room. Staff all lovley. Would suggest some slip mat in Bath. Breakfast was good. Would stay again.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel, staff were lovely and let us check in early as we had a wedding. The bed was comfortable, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Tea, kettle and biscuits provided and breakfast was delivered to our room at a time suitable to us. We would definitely recommend and will return in the future should we need too. Slightly noisy with being on the road but nothing can really be done to help that.

The room was a good size with a nice ensuite, clean and modern. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Would recommend.

Very reasonable price, decent amount of parking, easy and quick road access to places like Richmond, the room and bathroom were a good size as well as clean, comfy and well equipped. The pub/restaurant itself had a nice, stylish but homey interior with really lovely staff and nice food. The only point to note is that the hotel is off the a66 so although it reduces a lot over night, there is road noise. However the double glazed windows help and for anyone more sensitive to noise, a good pair of foam ear plugs did the trick for me. I would stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Large spacious well equipped bedroom with all the amenities that you would need. Maybe could do with a coffee table to eat your breakfast hamper off and a hook on the back of the bathroom door A wonderful stay and very good value for money.

Great size room, very well appointed. A little noisy from the A66 early on. Staff were fantastic, very friendly and great service. Lovely hamper for breakfast

A really good location to stop overnight and very happy with the room. Breakfast was delivered in a hamper box outside our room and was rather disappointing. No egg/cold meats option. The main option was oats with fruit. We ordered with banana and strawberry. Tiny amount of strawberry and the banana slices were dried and chewy. But the evening meal was good honest pub grub.

Returning stay. Rooms cosy, clean and comfortable. Staff really friendly. Beautiful area to sit outside and have a drink

Food , drink and staff were really good. Room was very clean but very noisy could here people in next room even their conversation and our room was at the front so constant traffic noise , lots of lorry’s going by. The double bed in our room (4) was very uncomfortable could feel the springs so not much sleep. Breakfast was interesting bought to your room in a basket !

This was a hotel we had passed many times and not gone in as we did not like the look from the road. I unwittingly booked it assuming it was in Richmond north Yorkshire not right on the A66. BIG mistake it was the best stay we have had for a while. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Only thing we did not like was breakfast in our room. The basket delivered to the room was good but you had to eat it on your knee. A small table and chairs in the room would have been better. Still will recommend the hotel to all our friends and family. Great service.

Couldn’t fault this little gem I found!..in a gorgeous setting, few minutes from Mainsgill Farm..room was immaculate.. and bathroom..A lovely continental breakfast box was brought to the room.. eith your choice of items and preferred time!.will definitely be returning!👌😊..

Room was nice, coffee and tea excellent.and a nice breakfast hamper in the morning.

The room was nice and clean . It wax lovely and warm when you walk in the room . The staff at the fox inn were very polite and also they said if you need anything we just need to let them know

Parking was easy, staff were very welcoming. Very pet friendly with water bowls etc available. Dogs welcome in the bar area. Dog friendly room was clean and comfortable.I was leaving early and a lovely takeaway breakfast was left for me. Excellent in every way.
