Cool place construction in the rooms next to us was noisy

Excellent staff and amazing location!

They had construction/remodeling going on, and it was loud all day; they never mentioned it.

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s very close to the old town so you can walk everywhere, and parking is close if needed. We had a really nice meal at the hotel restaurant, and there are plenty of other restaurants within walking distance too. It’s the perfect location!

The room was spotless , the staff were helpful in finding activities in the area, they helped us with bus connections and subways. We needed to apply for our E-Visa for Brazil and were able to help us with the application. The swimming pool was a nice relax after a busy day. Breakfast in the morning was great, with alot of variety. The location is in the middle of downtown where most tourist attractions are, yet close to the subways and buses to explore further out.

Nice staff, room was clean but showing its age. Vinyl flooring has been installed but they did a terrible job and degraded the room. Bathtub was a plus for this weary traveler.

Room, particularly bathroom, smelled like a sewer but it was rated high. There was no coat hangers. Small refrigerator wasn't working. Then they moved me to another room next day and it was tad better. Certainly not a 3 star hotel as rated.

Instalaciones aceptables, aseo adecuado, personal con excelente nivel de servicio. La piscina necesita un poco de cloro extra, pero no está mal.

It is very conveniently located. Noise in general was way too much. AC unit and street noise. People are friendly. Would recommend for people with families. Internet was surprisingly good.

This property was great! I was allowed to check -in early which gave me time to explore Santiago. The hotel is located right along the main drag so is very convenient. The breakfasts are great and the views are amazing . Highly recommend this hotel !
