It was very spacious, simple and clean. Easy to check in and check out. Staffs were very friendly. We have somewhat big SUV and it felt that it wont fit in the hotel parking. There were multiple public parkings around the hotel property and you could choose where to park. Ventilation feature in bathroom was not working and we were concerned that humidity could damage the wall however that was not a problem since we did have comfortable nights after long nights. Breweries, cafes, many attractions are all walking distance. If you are willing to walk more than 10,000 steps a day, you can basically hit all the attractions in old quebec city on foot.

The place exceeded our expectations (in a positive way). Big space, clean, nice and useful kitchen. The downside was the stairs. For a Family with young kids and stuff it would be useful to have an elevator

The room was huge and beautifully decorated, it had its own kitchen and it was basically your own apartment, I was kinda worried about the shower, it looks like you could slip, I had no problem sleeping even though it’s right next to a busy road but I’m a heavy sleeper, the rooms smelled really nice, I hate stinky hotels, if I come back to Quebec I might book a room here again, I only booked one night though, I had a medical appointment

Laundry was easy to use. Authentic Quebec feel with all the amenities. Close to old quebec

The facility was so clean and the rooms as well. Staff was kind and very helpful. Easy to get confy and ready with wlfamily of 4 with 2 small children. Has all the appliances and dinnerware. We will for sure be coming back it was amazing

Very clean - good location. If you have a full size SUV, don’t prepay the parking. The ceiling is too low. They credited my parking and I got a free spot on the street right out the door. Staff was very friendly.

Room spotless, nice big apartment with a great kitchen. Only drawback - there is a coffee maker but no coffee, milk or sugar so I had to go out in minus 30 temperature to get stocked up.

Great accommodation. Room was perfect and lots of space for family of 4 with 2 female young adults! Staff friendly and quick to respond. Great restaurants and area felt safe.

It didn’t have coffee or tea in the kitchen. Otherwise any other things was clean and great.
