Amazing stay at Ark Hotel. The customer service was excellent, everyone went above and beyond and really catered to our needs. Interacted with Costas, Penelope and Lisianna who were honestly the most kindest and generous people, always happy to fulfil our requests. I would recommend using the services the hotel provides e.g. the massage services or the excursions they offer as the service is wonderful and it actually turns out to be the most cost effective personally. There’s a few good spots about 10mins from the hotel which offer beautiful food and desserts. Furthermore I was more pleased with this hotel and staff as I requested a private suite due to my religious obligations and they went above and beyond to arrange that for me. They also made sure to help me with the cuisine as I requested halal food and they were happy to provide vegetarian breakfast at my request. Honestly I could not recommend this hotel enough. The beauty of this place was an unexpected surprise. Everything was pristine and classy. The suites were absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. The area was quiet, but close enough to walk to the main square for food, souvenirs, snacks, or just to people-watch. I felt safe walking, even at night. Penelope was very nice and helpful. She suggested great restaurants and wineries to visit throughout the island. Being able to reach the team via WhatsApp was also a bonus. Their responses were immediate. This was a great choice!

This place was absolutely phenomenal! Quiet, peaceful, extremely!!! Clean... Delicious breakfast with vast options available. Manager, Breakfast help, and cleaners were top of the line!!! Highly recommended period!!! We will God willing be back here for longer... Thank you... ps.. the private pool was 5 star and heated to a nice temperature & loungers were very comfortable....
