The nearest restaurant is a good 3 minute walk very convenient near and on the beach

The hotel room was very cozy and comfortable. Access to my room was easy and I really appreciated the dog friendly atmosphere.

It is a great hotel! The only downside is that there is no elevator.

I loved my stay here everything thing is very clean and also safe ! And great customer service

Nice clean cooled rooms near the beach

Yuri the front desk person was rude. We got there on Thursdays at 12pm she told us the rooms were ready but cannot give them to us until 4pm. So we were out sitting in the pool area till them. We could not go anywhere in town since our luggage were in a hitch rack. The hotel does not have an elevator so if you get a room on the 4-5th floor is stairs all the way up.

They are renovating the property so its a little congested. The balcony rails are a major liablity. There should be screens or some protected barriers as a pet or child can easily fall through. Terrible design. The rooms were fine. No complaints. My complaint is i messaged the proprty when made the reservation telling them we had 2 service animals. After checking out, nothing was said. Next day checked my credit card and they charged me 53.66 with zero explanation. I ASSUMED they charged me for the pets. But they never answered my email inquiry so i was forced to reach out to hotels.com customer service. The following day i had a reversal of charges. Again, no explanation. Penasco del sol is so much nicer. We only stayed here bc of the time we were arriving in ROCKY POINT. Never again.

This was a nice hotel and newer look and amenities. Only complaint is I wish I knew the elevator was down especially since I was on the top floor. Fast walk to Mannys beach club with good food and beach

There’s no table and no chairs inside the room we can’t bring food to eat in the room. That was a bummer!😕
