Room was spotless. Easy access to room once spoken to the owner as i had a last minute booking. No concerns

Pictures are very deceiving. I would not recommend this place at all unfortunately. Our room was beyond basic, there were marks all over the walls, something spilt down the side of the broken bedside table, no headbords, the window frame had burn marks on it and was mouldy and filthy. The taps in the bathroom were leaky and I have never seen a shower so mouldy. Had it not been so late when we got to our room I would not have stayed. I didn't see a member of staff when we left, so couldn't raise my concerns. I did ring the bell several times, nobody turned up. I left feeling dirty and tired, this hotel is really not fit for paying guests, sorry.

Didn’t use the car park, don’t know how much was chargeable, great central location, room very clean, bathroom a bit small but that’s the only complaint. Tea, coffee downstairs, help yourself, make your own as no kettle in the room but it does state ask if you need a kettle, we was ok with nipping downstairs for a coffee then bringing it back up. Owners very polite, would return.

Electric socket was sparking and smoking and the other socket didn’t work so no tv available.

Check in was quick with a friendly welcome. Entrance was clean and bright. Room was on the ground floor, small but clean and fresh, nice touch from the hotel was the bottled water and chocolates left for us. Bathroom had shower gel & shampoo, soap and clean towels. Our 2nd stay here and will definitely return.

Clean room and comfy beds, only downfall was a TV was listed on the advert and we didn't have one, which was a massive let down.

The room itself was cosy and good for the price. The bathroom was pretty grotty but nothing that couldn't have been sorted with some bleach, limescale remover and a good scrub. When I booked, it said online that you could reserve a car parking space but when I rang they said it wasn't possible, it was first come first served. So I ended up parking in the car park next door which was quite a bit more expensive. The welcome was friendly and I felt safe.

Owners greeted me with a friendly weldone.

Room was dated with a TV that didn’t work and the room we booked for our children didn’t have a TV in it. It was noisy at night and the bed was lumpy

Pros-Great stay, good location, friendly staff, comfy bed, clean sheets/towels, complimentary toiletries were handy especially since I forgot my wash bag, free water and chocolate was appreciated, can park at the front for £10 a day. Cons- door and window lock was broken so couldn’t open window, mould in bathroom. Overall, cheap and cheerful, would stay again.

Bright and spacious room, basic but clean and fresh. Lovely touch was the chocolates and bottled water. Will definitely book again when returning to Blackpool.

Lovely stay. For a budget hotel the little extras such as chocolate, free tea and coffee downstairs and a bottle of water was great! The room was clean and fresh, bathroom dated but clean. My own gripe was the white blinds.. no curtains and the sun was blaring through from the early morning. Also the wind was blowing them around despite the windows being closed! Couldn't adjust the radiator either and it was very hot Would stay again :)

No tv in room , disappointing ad I wouldn’t have booked if known this before hand Room a bit tired, needs an update

This was the worst room we have ever stayed in (room 4). The bathroom was disgusting - silver fish all over the floor and no soap to wash your hands , The room was tiny and did not have a TV or kettle . Upon checking out we were told that they had tried to kill the Silver fish but they were in the carpet - change the carpet for goodness sake. Also they don’t provide soap , we should use the shampoo or body gel ( 2 tiny sachets in the shower) The shower was so small it was impossible to bend down to wash your feet - it was a joke. The room should be decommissioned and fumigated immediately. The room was not worth £5 never mind £65 I would like a complete refund

The hotel is very nice. Its clean and well located. Only issues we had was the bed was very hard, the tv in the room was in a bad place it wouldnt normally bother us but the weather was very bad so ended up staying in the room more than we wanted and non of us could see the telly from the beds especially my child.
