The accommodation is a quaint little cottage in a tiny village.
It is equipped with everything your house would normally be equipped with. There's a TV in the living room, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen and two good size bedrooms. It can easily fit 6 people if two are willing to sleep in the living room and you bring your own inflatable beds. The owners even though about EU guests, because there's an extension lead that takes EU plugs with its own proper UK plug to plug into a wall. There's cleaning equipment, a cordless vacuum, it's just a well equipped house.
Location is excellent, being almost in the middle of Peak district and close to Buxton for all your cultural and shopping needs.
Check in/out is super easy - just a key lock and you get a code over email. Inside the house there's a full folder explaining around the house and the area, some books and board games for days you're going to stay in.
There are only two downsides. One is parking, which is on a small access road to the back of the property meaning you really get one space and a small one at that and the village itself, which is tiny and doesn't have anything in it, no pub, no shop.
All in all, it's a 5 out of 5 for me, would definitely recommend. It's a perfect base to go sightsee and experience the Peak District.
