I guess I didn’t read the details very closely when we booked and didn’t realize there’s no staff on site and there’s a self check-in so we drove around trying to find the entrance before we saw a sign with a QR code. Right after we scan the QR code. We got a welcome email that explained the check-in process. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay right downtown and we’re able to walk to the coffee shop and too many different restaurant options. Very convenient location.

The location of the property is excellent. It is in the centre of the town and has a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, in walking distance. It is not far to the railway museum. The property is very clean with a good layout that is very suitable for our party size. The laundry unit is very new and clean. The check-in instruction was clear, and easy to follow. I would highly recommend it to others, and will book it again next time to Revelstoke.

Everything was perfect.

It had all the advertised amenities but our room was very dirty, the floor definitely wasn't cleaned prior to my arrival as walking in the living room turned the soles of my feet black. Lots of noise transfer in the building. If you're on the ground level your door opens into the parking lot which isn't very appealing. I wouldn't come back.

No staff check-in was confusing since we didn’t get the code in a timely manner. We were left wondering if we still had a reservation at one point. The suite was clean other than for the furnace area which was very dusty and can be seen from outside. Surprising amount of space, so great for a few people, but a lot of echo.

Great experience with the contactless check in and check out. Staff very available via text for any questions. Loved the rooms we had! Clean, roomie, every amenity! Great location and includes parking!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the two bedroom suite. Be aware that there is no elevator at this hotel. If you are mobility restricted or travel with lots of heavy baggage. The hot tub on the roof was a wonderful way to relax. We will stay here again.

Very spacious, perfect for four adults. Nice amenities and the staff was very responsive even though they are not in site.

The hotel's location is excellent, and you can easily explore downtown without needing to drive. The unit is clean, quiet, and spacious. We will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

elevator should’ve been included since there are rooms only accessible from the second floor. If you’ll have a washer/dryer better have some pods available. Other than that the place was great and location was amazing

Basecamp Revelstoke is located in an awesome spot - right downtown and close to everything you need. Suites are spacious and very clean with a fully equip kitchen. Be aware that there is no onsite person to help you check in, so you'll need to be savvy with your phone. Also, there is a cement staircase that you need to climb with your luggage - no elevator - but I suppose they get away with this as most people coming to Revelstoke are young and fit! Overall, a great place to stay.

Great use of space, bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main level plus a full size washer and dryer. Upper level was very spacious with another half bath.

Clean rooms

We absolutely loved this place. It was amazing for our 2 kids, close to so many restaurants, and the town is so cute. The check in is a little annoying. I wish the instructions were a little more clear but all in all we loved the experience

Clean, large, comfortable one bed-room suite with kitchen and dinning table and the price was reasonable. Plenty of parking spacese, great location too. Thanks.
