Great spot!

Great location, really great communication on getting in the property and in our room. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Iceland.

Great place and owner had awesome communication.

Once we called and spoke to somebody about how to get in, everything was good. Clean, cute apartment that's close to everything.

The check in was easy and the property was as described and clean.

The location was amazing. It is in the heart of Reykjavik. Plenty of dinning and shopping options. Excellent for families, couples, or individual travelers.

Room was nice though shower never really warmed up and some lights didn't work. Otherwise warm, cozy and centrally located.

The room was good, but run down. Only issues: no blackout curtains, old, worn down towels, and the tug didn’t drain.

This property is in a great location, but finding parking is a challenge at best, there isn't even a spot to stop for a minute to load luggage. Further, the suite smelled like wet dog, it needs a major cleaning. I was worried about my pet allergies being triggered.

Stay was exactly as described

Great stay, spacious room, and good location. Only issue was the drain in the shower and the slight smell in the bathroom but would definitely stay there again.

It was close to amenities and the water and shops. Communication was pretty fast when I had questions. Even though there was a storage room for extra items, we went several times and could not find any towels or bedsheets at all.

We Won't use them again. No communications. We tried to contact at differenttimes. No microwave. Only 5 coffee pods, no teabags, sugar, whitener. 1/4 of toilet paper roll, we had to buy soap & toilet paper. No plugs for nightlight. No microwave. The room supposed to be for 2 people. Only one chair. No drinking glass, plates , knives, spoon or forks. Parking is free from 9pm to 9am. We were told to park in the parking garage next door when we checked in. Cost us $20/ night before we found out about it.

We had a great stay here. It was a great location while we were in the city. It was easy to walk to many places. We were traveling as a family of 7 (teenagers and adults) and it worked out great for us. It was clean and the management was very responsive when we had questions prior to arrival.

We had a great stay. Drainage in the shower is slow and if fixed would be perfect. Kitchen had all utensils and our stay for the 3 nights had been very comfortable.

Easy access via codes to get into complex and the room. The room door code needed a # after which was not in the instructions so I was happy the cleaning crew was still there to ask how to get into the room. The cleaners were very helpful and pleasant. Room has no storage for your clothes but that seems to be how Europe does things. Just stacked everything on the floor. I’d stay here again!
