Limpio comodo u recepción muy amable , un hotel para pasar la noche tranquilo , lo agarramos para solo dormir y cumplió su objetivo muy tranquilo y cómodo

A very nice room at a very affordable rate… I was surprised when I saw how nice the room was. Right at the bus terminal and all of the shopping as well. I’ll certainly stay there again.

There were live Bed bugs in the room and I need to leave immediately. No assistance nothing the housekeeper manager came to see and just told me you need to leave the room because we have to fumigate. No refund for the night that I slept with the bed bugs. Terrible experience.

Siempre que vuelvo a Montevideo, .me alojo en Alfa Suites. Me siento como en mi casa. El personal es cálido y resuelven eficazmente cualquier situacion que se presente. Sin duda, siempre que vuelva a Mintevideo, este hotel será donde me quede.

Honestly no idea how this property has scored anything above a 2. Plus points. Handy to bus station. Friendly check in staff. Nice reception area. Bad points. Room falling to bits. Bathroom horrible and dirty. Windows and floors dirty. Breakfast extra $10 (we didn't bother after seeing the state of the hotel). Advertised as having a guest laundry - it doesn't but has a paid (and expensive) laundry service/dry clean. The area around the bus station is grotty and lots of homeless and dirt. Four hotels so far in South America This was the worst except the nice friendly female at reception was very pleasant and helpful. Stay in the old town/port area or near the southern beaches This area is unpleasant to stay in and it's worth the cost of the uber to stay somewhere else.

I really liked staying here , however they charge you for every little thing. I think they need to specify that breakfast is $10 per person every morning.

Excellent service from the staff, especially at check-in. The room was generally very good, especially for the price; the only downside was the bathroom, which smelled musty. The water pressure was excellent, though.

Everything was excellent. Pretty clean, friendly staff and gorgeuos location.
