The location is quite strategic, the staff is friendly, the room cleanliness is 8.5/10. The downside in my opinion is when I entered the room, the refrigerator did not work and then the hot water from the shower took quite a long time compared to the shower in general in 4-star hotels.

It's nice. The service is good. The location is okay. Parking is easy. The only downside is the limited access to power outlets. Hopefully the TV can also be replaced with Google TV, hehe. Hopefully, it will be even better with the new management.

The room facilities are okay even though the furniture is old and the swimming pool is quite large.

We had a pleasant stay here, with excellent service and a great atmosphere. A small suggestion for the suites is to upgrade to larger Android TVs. The TV we had in our room was only a 32-inch TV, and the picture was a bit grainy. This caused our kids to complain when they wanted to enjoy the view in their room.

A very comfortable hotel with friendly staff, affordable prices, and great facilities. The pool is nice, but the water is very cold. I suggest making the water a little warmer, like other hotels in Bandung.

Stayed one night in room 627, really satisfied, didn't expect it to be this good, the cleanliness is the best, extraordinary, the cleanliness is so detailed that I saw the corners of the bathroom were very clean. Besides that, this hotel looks luxurious and magnificent, the rooms are spacious and airy, the swimming pool is large plus a jacuzzi, you guys have to try staying here, God willing, you won't be disappointed...👍👍

Book on the day of your trip and during peak season, but get the best price on a spacious room. The room is clean and smells great.
