Beautiful hotel, great location. Staff amazing. Breakfast had good options. Room with a balcony was small but clean, modern with all the necessities one might need. Please note the bed was shorter than US beds. I am 6’2” and my feet hung off the end of the bed! I slept on an angle, anyway, I recommend! Great views from the rooftop!

Really marvelous hotel in an old refurbished house with patio and fountain; with many modern gadgets; excelent rooftop bar; extremly helpful staff (that is not a cliché, they really were nice); next to the Plaza de Armas

Great location! Breakfast was good. Our problem was the morning we were leaving the hot water in the shower did not work. We called the desk 3 times and they were working on it to no avail. They didn’t offer us a different room to use the shower or a discount, nothing. Not good on a 15 hour travel day with flights!

Very nice hotel in the best part of Arequipa. You can walk to all of the best restaurants and tours in minutes. Very nice room and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

This hotel has false advertisement. There is no “air conditioning”. The whole stay two nights feel like a microwave. I’ll demand my refund. We couldn’t sleep for two nights. When we called the front desk asking where is air conditioning, they brought two fans to our room.

Great location a block from Plaza De Armas! The walk to the monastery 1 block away. Cafe Oso and Kao Peruvian Asian fusion are both next door. Major drawback water only giving first day! I use a CPAP machine that requires bottled water. They let me use my free drink coupon for 3 waters so that helped. Secondly, they have a rooftop bar with live music and yes we heard it on the second floor. We had the king room with view to 2 towers of church and beautiful! Ask for a portable AC if you are too hot.

Great location - walking distance to lots of great restaurants & Plaza de Armas - roof-top lounge had wonderful views & great breakfast.
