Our room was immaculate, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was quiet at night, very close to everything and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone!

Nice motel with abordable prise.

Air conditioning wasn’t strong enough for the kind of heat we were having (we are bikepacking and really needed to escape the heat) and they just changed it the same day for a stronger unit that did the job perfectly. And that was on July 1st! We’re really grateful! Thanks to everyone there.

Everything was perfect: amenities, price and location.

We would stay here again but minor maintenance issues should be addressed. Mainly the shower curtain rod was damaged meaning the curtain could not be fully closed allowing water to escape onto the floor. Otherwise, a very comfortable experience.

Lots of parking close to our room. Pleasant, friendly staff, Room was spotless with a modern feel, comgortable beds. Mini fridge, small microwave and a small table with two comfortable side chairs. Very dog friendly and we were given a room close to a large grassy area which was perfect for dog walks and the $15 charge for dogs was reasonable given the extra cleaning that is required after a dog visits. We would definitely recommend Roger's Motel to people visiting Smith Falls or the surrounding area of Perth, etc. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Beds are too high, difficult to get into. Limited channels on the tv. AC was difficult to understand the controls. But clean, bed were comfortable
