We liked that the pools were big, beautiful and clean. The beach was quiet and sandy. The staff were friendly. There was space in the condo for 5. We liked the heated pool on the beach as the other pools were quite cold. The kitchen was sufficiently supplied. We didn’t like the noise coming from next door due to poor insulation. The property is fairy new but aging quickly due to weather and poor upkeep. The AC units dripped when used for more than a few hours. We could have used some beach chairs in the unit.

It was a beautiful apartment the only thing was that since of the lights were not working, especially in the bathrooms. Otherwise it was a great stay

Property was clean and well maintained! Late check in was interesting since it was in the security gate. Wished the restaurant was open for longer hours.

Property was ok, a bit secluded but cheap Ubers to get to grocery stores and restaurants. House was a good layout but missing key items like a blow dryer and proper bedding. Also has ants at all times in the kitchen which was kinda gross. Washer didn’t work which was painful when we tried to wash towels and stuff. We asked for help but got nothing from Naya homes the property manager. Property management company took days to communicate and never helped, just made a series of excuses. All in all, would not choose to stay here again.

First of allin all honesty, it's a fine property. Observing from a well traveled point of view, small details such as the Wi-Fi did not work, the patio doors did not lock, it was clean but lacked the sort of detail you would find at a hotel. These are condominiums, privately owned and rented out through various services. The grounds were overall good, lacked the tip-top cleanliness I expect, the location was fine if you are interested is quiet space away from crowds, and in staying further from Puerto Vallarta which is an Uber drive or taxi, roughly $25 each way. it was a two bedroom, two bath with a kitchen, overall 255 for a couple of weeks, rental car is necessary if staying at this location!

We really enjoyed this place, the pool is so refreshing and there's also a hot pool even though the normal pool is warm. They are so friendly and helpful. Overall it was a very good experience.

Todo estuvo excelente solo el tamaño de la TV y falto otra pantalla de TV en los cuartos muy recomendable

El lugar está bonito solo que hay detalles que se deben decir para los siguientes viajeros. 1.- no te ofrecen limpieza, ahí tienes que hacer el aseo en tu propia casa y pues si te quita algo de tiempo, 2.- para ir a la alberca no hay orden todos apartan lugar desde las 7am siendo que la alberca la permiten a las 10, 3.- algunos enchufes de la cocina no tenían electricidad y tenías que andar con la licuadora y la cafetera por otros lados para que funcionarán, 4.- colchones viejos e incómodos y almohadas incómodas y 5.- en la alberca los meseros tardaban mucho en atenderte y además te metían la propina del 15% sin tu consentimiento al total.

No horno eléctrico , cabellos en la Regadera, no servilletas , no sartenes, rico café , mucha luz por la noche, TV de recámara sin conexión ..

"Me hospedé recientemente y lamentablemente tuve una experiencia decepcionante debido a la falta de comunicación por parte de Naya Home con el condominio del hotel. No fui informado sobre las limitaciones de acceso a la alberca y, al llegar, descubrí que estaba fuera de servicio. por la cuestión del brazalete de color blanco, Este detalle no solo afectó mi experiencia, sino que tampoco fue manejado con suficiente empatía por el personal, quienes solo ofrecieron una disculpa sin alternativas ni soluciones. Esto me dejó sin la oportunidad de disfrutar plenamente mi estancia. Me parece importante que otros clientes conozcan estos detalles y que el hotel mejore su comunicación para evitar malentendidos futuros. Es una lástima que un servicio de calidad no contemple medidas más concretas para satisfacer a sus huéspedes."

La primera noche fue mala ya que uno de los colchones estaba con un fuerte olor a orines. Al día siguiente lo cambiaron y se superó ese mal rato. El último día se encendió la alarma contra incendios en el espacio que tienen el boiler y lavadora. Lo que nos despertó ya que fue a las 6am. Pero dejando de lado esas cuestiones negativas fue bueno. El lugar es hermoso y cómodo.

Muy mala experiencia, te prometen habitacion vista al mar y no lo son, no te entregan toallas para alberca, te ponen reglas de electricidad, te ofrecen servicios de streming, los cuales no cuenta con ninguno y al preguntar te dicen qeu tienes que poner los servicios que tienes contratados, la alberca no funcionaba

Es un lugar grande y tranquilo, todo era muy cómodo y funciona bien, tal como se ve en las imágenes

Me encantó el lugar.

Limpieza deficiente (nos dejaron toallas sin lavar) aires acondicionados muy ruidosos. El tapete de la sala muy sucio. El lugar está sobrevalorado. Pero las áreas comunes son buenas aunque ningún camastro de la arena sirve y la playa es excelente
