Good location, close to Metro and walkable (if fit) to centre. Family smart room, though a bit on small size. Nice terrace, even if we didn't use it. Main drawbacks was there was no housekeeping during our 3 night stay. Had some issues adjusting AC that they didn't fix. Guess the time of AI communication is here to stay, but still prefer a real human.

Amazing place and perfect location with many amenities. Unfortunately my room did not have the balcony which I should had so make sure you choose the correct room when you book if you want the balcony. Highly recommended!

The location was central. It was so easy to check in on our own. The communication was easy. They are available on WhatsApp all the time.

Perfect place to stay for visiting its quiet and near from the historic city

One of the best I have ever been. Early check-in for free went smoothly, laundy and luggage storage are very useful service for traveller. Enough space for a family of 4. Supermarket steps away, walking diatance to the old city

Updated and clean room with a kitchenette and location quite close between two metro stations, grocery store steps away. Had no issues at all with their contactless check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was nice and spacious and clean. Check in and check out was easy, the room had good amenities, nice bathroom and well equipped kitchenette. Communicating with hotel staff was complete GenAI hell. The only way to communicate was through WhatsApp messages, you would require to type your query 10 times for the chatbot to understand what you want. There is no receptionist on site, you will get your help if you could make the chatbot understand what you need. I needed a shower cap, couldn't make the chatbot understand that, it kept asking if the shower need fixing. And after every message there will be 3 follow up questions from the chatbot asking for review, absolute GenAI hell, grrr.....

We weren’t sure if a check-in without a front desk would work for us, but the process was seamless. This hotel is in a great location with many attractions within walking distance and easy access to transportation, when needed.

It’s a very comfortable, modern and clean room. The location is not walking distance to the city centre but uber is easy and reasonable priced. A large supermarket is just next door. I still prefer a face to face check in process though.

Quiet, clean and Safe with the security system, its near to everything. If i will return to Lisbon i will use Numa again. 😊

There is small incident during my stay but overall it is a good place to stay in Lisbon

Amazing stay

The contactless service and communications were amazing. the proprty is located next door to a grocery store and between 2 metro stations. The kitchenette was super functional for what we needed.

Delighted with my stay. Would loved it to have been longer! Many thanks.
