I stayed here in August with my cousin. There were only a few other guests. We had such a spectacular experience I couldn't wait to come back and share with my friends. When we got there, we did not get the welcome tea and sat while the ladies were cleaning near the pool. After about 40 minutes we asked to go to our room. In the previous room, the AC worked really well. It DID NOT in this room. We asked about it twice and we're told it worked good. I know when it's hot and it was hotter in August than in May and our room was a broiler! We had such a beautiful meal before, we invited friends to come so they could experience the ambiance and wonderful tajine. Perhaps it was the large party that came in or things have changed, but it was disappointing. We were ignored at breakfast the second day when the group checked in and we're late for our tour after asking multiple times for breakfast. We had laundry done and had told them we needed it back the night before we were leaving because we had to leave on a tour at 9 am. We asked multiple times and told it was no problem. Our laundry got back at 845 am & were late, AGAIN. In August, there were gluten free options for bread at breakfast, however, this was not the case in May. What took me by surprise was the insistence we pay for our stay the morning prior to the morning we were leaving. For incidentals, we were asked to pay in cash. The ATMs were down. When we only had part in cash the man was rude. I'll try another Riad.😔

Le riad est très joli et le personnel est très avenant et courtois. Le repas était aussi tres bon et la piscine fort appréciée.

Staff were overall reasonably helpful but the room was very dusty and the water was not always hot (resulting in cold showers). When we did have a hot shower the pressure was very poor. We asked for an iron and after waiting a day we were given one which didn’t work. I gave it back to reception and they said they would fix it but we never bothered with it again.

This Riad is located in the heart of Medina and walking distance to all the points you would like to see while in Marrakech. The souk, Bahia palace are minutes away by walk. The folks working at the Riad are helpful and very courteous.

Room had a sewage smell and roof leaked after heavy rain . Staff were courteous but common areas were not very comfortable and bear in mind the riad is in a very busy part of the souk.

Our room was without power for over half our stay. We were told the Hamman was not affected by the power issues but when we partook they ended up having to stop early because they were using cold water on us in the winter. One person in the party fell sick due to the treatment. As a result of the issues during our stay, the stay was comped but as we were leaving one of the managers told us we had to still pay him and pressured us to pay him directly in cash. When we asked for an itemized bill after we discovered the bill had actually been voided and the manager just pocketed the cash himself. Most of the staff was understanding but be weary of one of the managers.

I stayed here for 4 nights. Staff very helpful and friendly. Riad is in a nice location and easy to find. Breakfast choice was limited and same everyday

We truly enjoyed the Riad. It was very pleasant to como to the hotel and relax. Make sure you eat dinner here as ours was amazing. One of the best ones we had in the entire trip. The chef is very good! The people are very nice and are always willing to help. The property is very well maintained. Our food was very spacious and very well decorated. We enjoyed one day at the pool and relax. It is completely pleasant. We loved it! And recommend 100 times

Although the room and stay is traditional, the condition of the property was not as advertised. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom, and the closest were filled with dust. The location is in the market so it is not the safest place to be walking around at night especially.

They can upgrade their amenities. Bathroom, water did not come with correct flow in the sink. Very dusty place , found cockroach found last night of our stay. They charged us high amount and plane is not so clean. First day we went AC did not work. The amount of money they charge. They could do better on breakfast. Very high price and Riad needs upgrade. Please stay away from this property. Only thing some staff was pleasantly.

It's one of the most beautiful properties I've ever seen. It's the perfect location if you're looking to explore the Medina too. The staff was amazing and made sure I had breakfast and transportation even when I had to leave very early. Amazing experience.

Je suis retournée au Riad Slitine après un premier séjour il y a 20 ans. Le lieu s’est agrandi et est toujours magique, un havre de paix très bien situé au cœur de la médina, avec une grande piscine entourée d arbres, de grands espaces pour se relaxer, un service spa de hamam et massages.

Sehr schönes und großzügiges Riad mit schönem Pool und gutem Frühstück im Herzen der Altstadt. Ein ruhiges Escape aus dem Trubel. Sehr nettes und Aufmerksames Personal. Kann nur per Fuss erreicht werden.

Innendørs basseng var stengt? Eller ødelagt. Vi forstod ikke svaret vi fikk. Personalet snakker dårlig engelsk. Ellers veldig hyggelige!

Le Riad offre un cadre très charmant et calme au coeur même de la Médina. Le personnel est très sympathique et aux petits soins ce qui rend le séjour très agréable.

A limpeza em geral é pouco cuidada, o chuveiro do quarto de banho perdia a agua pela mangueira, o Riad está de forma geral degradado a precisar de renovação. O pessoal não é simpático com exceção da senhora que servia os pequenos almoços. O pequeno almoço é básico. Excelente sumo de laranja. Pagamos o taxi de volta ao aeroporto no checkout e voltaram a pedir o dinheiro quando fomos apanhar o taxi. A ajuda com as malas é quase inexistente. Enfim, não será para repetir.

Schönes und ruhiges Riad in der Medina. Französische Führung. Der Eingangsgasse ist etwas seltsam und beängstigend. Die Zimmer sind groß aber leider auch schon etwas renovierungsbedürftig (das Wasser im Waschbecken lief z.B. nicht besonders gut aus). Service und Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück war lecker und frisch. Massage im kleinen Spa Raum auch sehr gut.

Das Zimmer war relativ klein, aber sauber und gemütlich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
