When I checked in, they didn't say the owner changed the business model. It rained and I quietly went to find another room. I complained on the app for a long time but there was no response or resolution.

You must be very unlucky to book a hotel here. When you arrive, there is no one to check in. It took 30 minutes to give everyone's phone number but couldn't get anyone to check in. Then when you finally got to the phone, they said there were no rooms left and to move to another place for an extra 200k. I've never seen such a messy, unorganized workplace. I hope you guys can make it more successful so you can organize and manage it.
