Pros: Great location, convenient to restaurants, bars, stores and attractions. awesome view of the ocean. very spacious and comfortable. support team was very responsive and answered all questions promptly via email Cons: It was more of an apartment than a hotel room which I didn't realize. Because of that there was no reception or housekeeping, minor inconvenience.

Great unit for our stay. Clean, spacious, comfortable. 3 nights. Parking can be challenging/costly, but a great place to stay.

Great apartment with plenty of space. Beds are very comfortable and it was remodeled and clean. We had all the amenities we needed to cook breakfast at home and pack lunches. It's within walking distance to rainbow Street, the harbor and all the attractions in Reykjavík we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and parking was easy in the garage. Family traveling with 4 children.

Great little place for a stay in Reykjavik. Clean, modern and renewed. Extremely well located for dining and groceries. Highly recommended.

The cleanliness was impeccable. The furniture layout was good. The blackout curtains came in handy, as the sun didnt set until midnight. This is a great location.

Excellent location. Parking was avaliable nearby, but was paid and that got a little costly. Very comfortable and well stocked.

As far as location the suites are great. TV was not working properly and was never fixed during our stay.Also only 2 towels a first but we got more.

Great location. Only 7 minutes to pick up bus stop. Clean and comfortable environment. Especially the kitchen with all things I need for cooking. The best place I stay for my trips for the last 30 years. Well done.

Worst breakfast ever. One croissant one reg bread one small apple one small container cheap juice and one slice of cheese. That all same everyday and not even coffee . This for everyday each person. Unbelievable!!!!!!! And one tower each for all week stay . Never choose this hotel ever.

Hlemmur Suites was a great place to stay! It was extremely clean and spacious. The suite is also close to many shopping and dining areas, making everything accessible. The only down side is that there is no parking available, but other than that, it was a very comfortable place to stay. I would book again if the opportunity comes!

Property was clean, quiet and nicely updated. The electric door locks were user friendly and the property was secure, walking distance to everything and near pick up stops for excursions.

Very clean and comfortable. A great setup for light cooking, and there was a washing machine although we didn't need it. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. We had no problems with check in. There were no linens to make up the sofa bed when we got there, but I sent them a message and they sent them over within an hour. If you are planning to use a sofa bed, tell them in advance. We had two occupants and the hotel assumed we didn't need the second bed and didn't provide linens. It was bare bones - things like no extra towels, and only enough coffee pods and tea bags for each occupant to have one cup. But for a great location, clean, and quiet, it was great and I would stay again

Hlemmur Suites was a great place to stay, highly recommend. Check in was easy (and keyless so one less thing to worry about when out and about) and the location was great as it was a short walk to the Main Street with bars and shops, as well as walkable to most attractions and tour pick up points. The lack of parking wasn’t ideal, but there was a street about a 5 min walk away with free parking which we were always able to get a space on so that was fine. The property was spacious, modern, well equipped and clean, with good views of the sea. We stayed here for 4 nights and felt very comfortable and safe.

Our apartment was well equipped (with plenty of cooking utensils for our short stay), clean and modern. It was a good size for the 3 of us, had comfortable beds, was a good temperature and we had a view of the sea! Check-in was super easy with a keypad code to get in the building, the lift and the door of the apartment. Great location for catching the tour buses from stop #9 and easy to walk down the main shopping street for places to eat, the Bonus supermarket and bars etc. The main advantage was the closeness to the Hlemmur Foodhall which had a great selection of dining options. My only comments are that more hooks are needed for coats and more hangers in the bedroom and a toaster/ kettle would be good for us Brits, but otherwise, we had a great 4 night stay!!
