The location was great and the apartment was clean but abit shabby ie the carpets need replacing & some of the electric sockets were dodgy. The building itself was abit run down & the entrance lobby was very dark & gloomy

The pictures of the property were not very accurate compared to the actual experience. The building exterior and entrance looked very run down and gave a poor first impression. Walking to the room was uncomfortable — although there was an elevator option, it did not appear very safe or up to code, so we chose the stairs instead. The hallways and entrance areas were extremely dark, which added to the uneasy feeling when entering and walking to the room. The room itself also had a very strange layout, with the toilet and shower separated into different small rooms, which was awkward and inconvenient. Overall, the property did not match the expectations set by the listing photos.

Excellence location, very large and clean apartment.

The area is great, within walking distance from Old Town. The apartament is rather spacious, and nicely furnished. The floors are very creaky and you can hear every noise from the street. We did not get much sleep. Furthermore, the drain in the bathroom overflowed into the living area after my daughter tried to take a shower, and we had to scramble to clean it up with towels. We notified the owner immediately, and he pretty much said that he could not believe that happened. We ended up sending a video of the actual problem, and haven’t heard anything back. The rest of my family ended up not being able to shower that night, after a full day of traveling and the night before embarking on a long flight to the US. Looking back, I wish I had booked a hotel room. This property will need some fixing before ot’s rented again!

Vi var på resa med kompisar, det passade oss OK fanns lite saker som att anmärka som spårvagn mitt i natten och toalett och badrum var separat. Annars var allt ok, verkligen prisvärt.
