*Warning: LOUD trains passing by if you're facing the back*- we didn't look at the map prior to booking so was unaware of this. It was extremely loud and they ran even in the wee hours of the night. That being said, the price reflects this and they provided ear plugs. The property has been newly renovated. Interiors are nice and clean and they provide locally sourced soaps/shampoo as an added bonus. Friendly staff and they have a modern restaurant downstairs. There is a nice splash park and playground right beside the hotel so perfect for kids. Would I stay in the same room again? No, but I would consider the rooms facing the opposite side of the train tracks.

Lovely hotel with good facilities and clean rooms. Staff are lovely and helpful but could do with some help- they were very busy and multi-tasking. Good, flexible accommodation options including a flat style annex with 4 bunk beds and two doubles. Great hot tub and nice cafe bar. Easy access to the road and excellent dining options including town.

Right next to the railroad and highway and noisy trains and traffic were very audible throughout the night. The hotel gives you earplugs as a solution.

Renovated motel with hip vibe and friendly staff. Get the room that is facing the road as the rooms at the back are facing the train tracks. Lots of noise. The main part of town is a short walk away. They also lend their bicycles to the guests for free.

Had a communication error and Gravity Haus reached out to me right away to correct it and make it right. Excellent, professional service.

Always a great place to stay in Revelstoke. Clean, very comfortable bed, great shower plus shampoo, conditioner are wonderful. Easy check in, great communication throughout. Only drawback is trains are nearby but they do provide earplugs!

The whole experience at this hotel was delightful! The rooms are newly renovated and in spotless condition, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms have a European feel to them and had everything you needed, including lots of charging outlets and even bathrobes! I highly recommend this hotel!

Great place for dog owners!

While the rooms are small they are comfortable, and had what we needed for our one night stay. We appreciated the little seating area in the back by the hot tub, it was a nice place to sit in the sun and have a drink after a long drive. Staff was very nice and helpful with recommendations and directions to the DT area.

Super friendly staff and delicious food at the Luft! We enjoyed our little room and our stay overall.

One Person check in is very tight space and if there are more than a couple checking in, you face a long wait. Rooms are modern and clean

I am giving a terrible rating for the hotels lack of empathy and unwillingness to be flexible. I have been going through chemo for the last 18 months but desperately wanted to take a vacation. Unfortunately I became ill while we were away and I had to go home. I tried to cancel a reservation with Gravity Haus and was refused twice for a refund or even a credit for a later date. There was absolutely no empathy or compassion from the staff. My son plays hockey in the area so we have to go there quite often. If we want to see him play I know where we will not be staying when we pass through Revelstoke. A little flexibility could go long ways, especially under situations like mine.

First of all it is right off the highway and convenient location to get back on the highway. The suite was just right for my granddaughter and myself. We had what we needed. It was a nice surprise to have shampoo, conditioner and soap that are natural products from Rocky Mountain soaps. We were tired when we got there so we tried ordering supper. The order did not get to the restaurant. Staff helped when I went to get my order. They were trying a new system and still trying to iron out the bugs. We got our supper and it was delicious and filling. Later on after eating we found other places we could have walked to for supper. One draw back was when we went to get breakfast there was only one staff member to help with checkout and make breakfast.

Ok for a quick overnight comfy bed and pillow.

Loved my stay at Gravity Haus Revelstoke! Beautiful views, beautiful room, lovely happy hour in the restaurant, friendly staff, and dog friendly! Highly recommend this hotel!!

I rarely leave a bad review, but this property did not meet my expectations. The room was very small and the bed was hard as a rock making sleeping very uncomfortable. Would not recommend this hotel.
