Loved it

Upon arrival, we noticed that the area was poorly lit. It took us a while to get into the property. We had to communicate for 20 minutes with the property manager. Finally got into the unit. There was no bedding on either bed, or towels But there was dirtyv bedding/ towels from the previous tenant in the hallway. Also, trash from the previous tenant was still in the room. It took. A day for them to get us linens as well as the towels which were supposed to be included.vWe ended up buying our own. Also one of the bedroom's air conditioners was not working and no one came to fix it till day three. Communication was very poor, & i didn't feel heard. The biggest problem was that there was a connecting door that was left unlocked. We didn't know what the door led to, we opened it to find a ypung woman, scared & in a towel. It was unacceptable. We felt horrible and apologized.

this was a decent place and i am not picky but i was not warned of how noisy it is at night. we were the first door when you come in and there is barely a hallway to get to the room. we could hear everything outside the door and the windows. it sounded like the windows were opened the whole time. the place was clean and had all of the necessities. the windows also are just blurred and can’t actually see out of them. the wifi only worked the first day so keep that in mind. we didn’t have any table, but it was similar to a studio apartment so it probably wouldn’t be able to fit but none of the pictures online showed rooms without the kitchen table so we were surprised. overall i would rate it a 3 as the location was good and safe. 5 min walk from beach access.

It was a building next to a dry cleaners that looked in poor condition. The noise from the dry cleaners in the morning woke me up. At first I thought it was construction. Next, little bugs appeared in the bathroom sink and in the kitchen. The first evening we noticed mold on the ceiling, we wanted to leave the place immediately but could not get our expensive amount back. We needed towels, after the second day. Anything extra, we had to pay for it. We booked for four days! No one to speak to but a person hired through Optium. The floor and walls were scratched and in poor condition. We definitely didn’t get what we paid for. Almost forgot there were streaks and water marks on the blue walls. There was no closet or any bureau where I could hang my clothes. We lived out of our suitcases. On a positive note can say that our refrigerator worked and our air conditioning worked well.

Convenient location to beach access, restaraunts, shopping, Walgreens, super max market and close to airport as well a cruise ship ports. Stayed for 4 nights and did have a main water pipe break the first night, but was fixed the next day. Wifi didn't work until last 2 days of stay, but would deleting stay again due to the convenience of everything around it. It is located in town so it's quite noisy, but i think you'll get that in allot of places unless they're insulated better.

Fees upon fees and when you think it’s over, there’s another one. Don’t bother asking for anything during your stay they won’t send anyone to help. And when it’s time for checkout, they ask for more money. Our room leaked from 4 different places when it rained overnight and there were puddles on the floor when we woke up.

Arrived at unit late on checkin day and the front door was unlocked. When we entered, it was obvious someone had stayed in the unit. Trash, wet towels, personal items, dirty bed, and more. I have photos. Since we had received a text from the property stating it was cleaned and ready early on check in day and with the door unlocked, it’s obviously not safe if people have access. It was disgusting. We also didn’t have hot water.

Is a wonderful location at condado you can find everything on walking distance. Beach, restaurants, bars, stores and transportation. The rooms were very nice and clean always ac in the building. Only thing was dirty and abandoned was the terrace and the patio. The first 2 days of my stay I had no water on my apartment for the second night I ask them to please lend me a bathroom in another room and they did so I can take a shower and finally the move me to a room were the water was working properly. How ever people was friendly enough to pick up the pone all the time even though they couldn’t do much my first 2 days. After my 3rd day I was extremely happy.

Good for the price, but no hot water at the time.

Located in the heart of Condado… just steps away from the beach and world class restaurants. Walkable and if in need of transportation, plenty of cabs and Ubers available.

the entrace is terreble, like a poor village other guests do not take care about parking area. parking is not formaly a space for park a car

I loved it stayed here for the weekend

Overall it was a great stay, however the listing mentioned two queen beds. I brought that to the attention of the staff but it was dismissed multiple times, instead of two rooms with two queen beds it was two rooms one queen bed and bunk bed in the other room. Pictures showed what should have been a basic living room vs just an entry way with a table. Kitchen with hot plate, fridge and some basic items included was nice. Parking was easy, right off Condado. Entry way from street to the unit was a bit interesting with construction materials on both sides, didn't bother me just thought a better presentation. Still an excellent value, but going into it would have been nice. After the fact they mention rules such as no guests, didn't seem to be an issue anyways.

Perfect location, friendly and efficient team,

Pros: -The unit has what you needed for a comfortable stay. -Good air conditioning. -Nice area, it is close to the beach and a lot of popular spots. -Property manager was polite. Cons: -Shower pressure is pretty weak, it gets the job done but it is not the most enjoyable shower. - Parking is very limited. - The unit is decent but the lighting in the pictures does make it seem a little nicer than it is in person but it was still a comfortable stay just not as updated as the pictures show.

SALUDOS, LA UNICA QUEJA QUE TENGO ES QUE NO HAY NADIE QUE TE RECIBA, NADIE QUE TE PUEDA ORIENTAR, SE DESIA QUE TODO ES POR INTERNET, LA PERSONA QUE LLAMAS SOLO HABLA INGLES Y ENTONCES NO HAY NADA DE BUENA COMUNICACION, DEBERIAN TENER UN PERSONAL PARA QUE TE RECIBA FUE MUY MOLESTO E INCOMODO, LUEGO TODO LO DEMAS EXCELENTE.
