Great place in a good location

It was great!

Clean room, decent area close to food options. Room was very hot. Air conditioner barely worked and when you would finally get it some what cool the maid would go inside and open the balcony door letting out all the cold air and bringing in hot outside air. Check in was horrible. Arrived there after a day of traveling at 248 pm. The staff made us sit in the lobby until 3pm couldnt ket us in 12 minutes early what a joke. No extras here better options in better areas of town.

Buen hotel

No Air Conditioning, this is a stay killer. Specially at night when you are trying to get a good night rest, the heat simply won't let you. It's too bad because this is a very nice place, but the No AC is just unbearable.

There was construction on the terrace. Even though I paid for a superior suite I had no air conditioning. The manager told me only certain class rooms have AC. I asked if a superior suite wasnt in the "AC class" and the manager said no. I had to pay 230$ at check in for our stay for air conditioning. A little sneaky in my opinion. I also had to ask for a refrigerator and maintenance brought one to the room. Overall though a safe neighborhood. Would I stay again? Probably not. That 230 extra for AC left a bad impression.

Loved the property and location a little miscommunication but not a deal breaker was able to check in early with a fee and they resolved all issues I encounter . I recommend this place for sure very nice and clean , a little store on the side of the building and a restaurant with the best oatmeal ever !! Will definitely stay here again .

Clean room

Very quiet neighborhood with great security. The area is very clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and peaceful. A wonderful place to stay

The only problem was that the mattress was so hard that it was impossible to sleep. Another issue was that the person cleaning the room took out the trash every other day; on another day, they left us only one towel. Aside from that, the hotel was very clean and very safe.

As a solo traveler, I felt safe and well attended. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and beautiful.

NOT RECOMMENDED. The place has no AC and becomes very warm at night. Wifi doesnt work. TV doesn't work. Parking is limited. Rooms are outdated and not clean.

The Hotel was so beautiful and well kept. The hotel staff were on top of it from the front desk to the security and to cleaning team.

It was nice. The people were friendly and helpful. The place is clean and the hotel is close to a lot of the main parts of the city. The neighborhood is nice too. Not too touristy. It was a little warm inside and don’t believe the rooms are individually climate controlled, but it could have been the time of year too, it was pretty warm for March. Thanks.
