This was the ideal place to stay in Mexico City. The apartment was so quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and responsive to all our needs. We went to the restaurant Toscano Polanco just down the street four times because it was so good as was the popular yogurt place next door. The neighborhood, which online was called the Beverly Hills of Mexico City, matched the billing. So safe and clean.

The room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and organized with everything ready to be used. The accessibility, safety, along with the friendliness of the staff are topnotch. Kudos to Eduardo, security guard, for being an excellent 'host'.

The place is awesome. I stayed a few nights at the intercontinental and then here... and they are basically the same quality. You are in Polanco so know that the night life around you will want to keep going a little later in the evening.

Very nice apartment with big windows in a quiet street. Super clean and friendly staff. Great location with many restaurants and coffee shops downstairs. Highly recommended.

Super location - very short walk to my conference hotel (intercontinental - also Hyatt and Marriott) Lots of restaurants within steps. Clean and safe (24-hr reception/security) Perfect!!

It was a good stay experience

Perfect location - very walkable to every great spot/scene in Polanco. You can't get more central than this. Soundproof windows with blackouts make for great rest and a peaceful home environment. Clean and safe neighborhood (felt nicer and safer than most "nice" areas of Los Angeles, where I'm from). Lastly, ULIV customer service was VERY responsive and helpful for anything that came up.

Wonderful stay!

Slow check in. Arrived in the afternoon and my room wasn't ready. Also no AC and it was very hot.
