The AC was hard to set, and it would reset back to warm and humid on its own. There was a long black hair on one of the tables when we arrived. The facilities seemed outdated and there were a couple of holes on the wall. The toilet was not functioning properly when flushing.

Interior rooms with only window looking out on hallway. Very modern and clean. The elevator is modern and larger than European elevators. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Very nice hotel with great staff and very clean.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Our 1st room had this sewer smell 2nd room was ok but hot AC unit only cool down on one side of the room. It looks like they just updated the hotel but have little misshapen all over the room and bathroom. I hope they take care of these issues soon.

Our stay was amazing from the friendly staff, clean property, delicious food,clean rooms very happy with our stay highly recommend.

This is a great hotel in a great location with valet parking included! The staff is very friendly and helpful! I accidentally booked my non-refundable room for the wrong month, and the hotel staff quickly changed my reservation. 🙌 This was my second stay and I highly recommend it!

It was nice, patio was a good view, room was nice but room didn’t have AC and the location was a little underwhelming.

Most was fine, room very clean, comfortable bed, polite staff, and good price. However, the water press to take a shower was week.

Everything was good

Beautiful room. Great, new,clean. Lobby clean .. free coffe and small shelf with medical (Tylenol, antacids and such) for sale, super convenient and well priced. Would had liked the rooftop open later to go enjoy but locked and hours not posted. Free coffee all night in the lobby, great. Some biscuts would be great with the coffee. Lovely and strongly recommend

I left my car key with the valet and was given my remote with no chip key. They blame I as if I have the key as is they couldn’t do anything about it or could find it . Obviously someone took my chip key and now someone is waking around with a key to my car. Management did nothing all they said was they will look at the Cameras which very doubtful. Very upset because this is a hotel that I stay at in all there locations . Very disappointed and upset they had no need to take the key out of the remote !!!

The apartment was dirty with dust and hair, there was noise around and there was a seedy bar next door. The area looked ugly and dangerous. I don't know how this hotel has a "9.0 wonderful" rating.

Great hotel well located

The Hotel building itself was in very nice shape. It seems like they are cutting corners with amenities. This was our 2nd stay. The first stay we had a mini fridge, this time, there was none. There also was no blow dryer. The room was clean, but not as orderly as it could have been. Missing hand towels, no wash cloths, towels hung crooked. We ate in the rooftop restaurant for breakfast one morning. We ordered chilequiles. Nice portion, taste? 7 out of 10. The young woman at the front desk was very helpful, she gets am10!

Every time we stay we have a great experience
