The room was so spacious! Very clean, great Wi-Fi, and the AC and TV worked fine. The staff was nice. We got a free breakfast for downloading their app; it's only eggs and toast, but very nice since it's free! The lobby was a little smelly, though (kind of a smell from the mop), but oh well. I will come again

The room is spacious, perfect for those with kids and a lot of luggage. Breakfast isn't included, but it's comfortable. The downside is that parking is a bit tricky because it's part of the same mall and apartment complex. We got lost going down the elevator.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable hotel, large rooms, spacious bathrooms, easy access, and plenty of dining options nearby. However, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, often dropping out and dropping out on the upper floors. However, it didn't detract from the comfort of my stay at this hotel. I'll be back to try the Suite.

There was no first aid kit, when the balcony door couldn't be opened, the person who helped fix it didn't take off his shoes, he went in wearing his shoes.

Citylight never goes wrong! The hotel has only been operating for four months! It needs more to learn. It seems like the concept is like an AI-based hotel. But... I think the hospitality industry needs more people so that customers really feel served.

I like the room and the location, there is only 1 drawback... the elevator takes a long time to go up and down and security is a bit worrying because even non-hotel guests can use the elevator... or maybe not all floors are hotel rooms.

The room is large and has a lot of empty space where you could put your stuff. The bathroom is clean and very comfortable. There's a free breakfast available, there was a lot of variation such as pastel, risoles, bread, cereals
