Location is between the neighborhoods and the main tourist areas. About a 20 minute walk to main areas of interest. Room was very clean and nice for the price.

Amazing staff and great location.

Near metro and 2 affordable grocery shops (Continente, minipreco). Good breakfast and they open slightly early than 0730-1000 so if you have early trips that helps! Lots of pastry choices. Hot entry like eggs, bacon, mushrooms, beans) including some ham and cheese selections. There are also fresh fruits and yogurts. Good coffee machine available.

Excellent transport links, breakfast has excellent variety. Rooms have beautiful decor and excellent amenities, a safe, kettle and a fridge which I didnt expect. Lots of eateries (especially Indian/Nepalise, yum) and shops nearby. Only criticism is the area can be a bit sketchy especially the southern end of the street but it's v good value for money.

My friend and I stayed at the New Style Lisbon Hotel in December, and we liked the room, but there were some problems with our experience. On the first night we stayed there, there was hair found on the sheets before any of us had even gone on the beds. Hotel staff were quick to change the sheets, but it proved a major inconvenience and a matter of cleanliness. The rooms themselves are small and compact, understandable for a city hotel. It gets really noisy throughout the night because of ambulances and sirens on the main street. It’s pretty convenient where the hotel is located - it’s close to a major subway line (the verde or green line). The free breakfast was really good with plenty of variety! Overall, the hotel is a convenient option but would not recommend for those light sleepers. We had an amazing staff member check us out the morning of our last day, and he gave us takeaway breakfast for our flight!! He was a highlight of our experience.

Well kept... accommodating staff.

The hotel itself was nice, little on the small side. Relatively new. Great breakfast buffet. Location was awful. Old Lisbon. Noisy, lots of sirens, dirty walk, church across the street chimed the bells up to 8:00 PM. Homeless people around. Didn’t feel safe outside but walked down to the square at the water during the day. Wouldn’t recommend due to the location.

Great hotel in a top location with easy walking distances to key sites in Lisbon. Clean quiet room, friendly helpful staff and excellent breakfast selection. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean and spacious room. 2 mins walk from 2 metro stations, convenient to get to the airport. Comfy bed and great shower

The staff from reception to breakfast were very friendly and helpful - it made the stay so much better. The room was perfect and clean.

This was a wonderful hotel, Friendly staff. Walkable area with many places to dine and public transportation. To touristy locations, its about 25 min walking. You can absolutely take transport or a Bolt.

It's a modern, well located, well connected, and not pretentious hotel. The mattress was excellent as well as the shower. There was plenty of white towels, which I loved, the continental breakfast well above average. I do recommend it.

The neighbourhood is not good. Several homeless. Doesn't feel safe for a solo traveler. The staff at the hotel is not customer centric and not oriented to satisfy the guests and providing an amazing client experience. No flexibility at all. I needed an adaptor for the electricity and they could not provide free an adaptor. They had to charge me 5 euros that would be refunded upon departure when returning the adaptor. First of all hotels today should have USB plugs in the furniture. This was very insulting and not acceptable as a policy. Water bottles not replenish every day, had to buy water bottles. Very cheap service offered...Noisy, not sound proof... Will not return and will not recommend to any friends or family for that price.
