It's good. Too bad the price is going up now, if it's my turn I'll come back here again.

Now I understand why this hotel is so cheap, it turns out that all the rooms in this hotel (especially the 1st-6th floor, the back area) on average do not have a window view, because it is blocked by the neighbor's wall. Well, I happened to stay in a room on the 7th floor, the back area, when I opened the window, it was directly facing the roof of the building next door, and coincidentally there were builders working there. When I opened the window, the builders immediately looked at me, luckily I was still fully dressed 😅. Besides that problem, I like the location of the hotel, next to Tangcity Mall, if you want to go to the mall, you only need to walk 1 minute to the lobby. Across the hotel there is Starbucks, Alfamart, Indomaret. The checkout process is fast.

The hotel is new, clean, friendly staff, close to minimarket and easy to get to parking.

It was absolutely fatal. The cleaning staff was able to open the door to the room, even though they were told to wait.

I had a wonderful stay at Omar Hotel. Tidy and clean and just next to a mall, TangCity mall.

It's nice, the location is great and strategic. The only downside is that the room was a bit noisy.

It's very comfortable, and access to food is also quite close because it's next to the mall, but there were mosquitoes in the room which bothered me a little, otherwise it was satisfactory.

Second time staying here, not recommended. The room was incredibly noisy, with the booster pump making noise. The receptionist offered to move rooms because this room was noisy. Well, since they knew the room was noisy, why were they selling it? It was already late at night, and they didn't have the energy to clean up.

Thank God, I'm satisfied. I have a few suggestions for the betterment of Omar Hotel. During my stay, there was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drain. If possible, there could be improvements or cleaning in the bathroom. My room (735, 7th floor) is a good place to stay. Hopefully, Omar Hotel will improve in the future. Thank you ☺️🙏🏻
