Nice hotel, lots of food choices.

Very enjoyable, good service

Overall 7/10. The room is clean, comfortable, complete amenities, the smart TV works well, Wi-Fi and other services are good. The staff could be friendlier and check-in time could be improved to be faster. I also suggest providing tissues in the room because this is my first time staying in a hotel without tissues. In my opinion, when I entered the room, the smell was a bit unpleasant, so maybe in the future they could provide some air freshener first. Otherwise, it is very safe and very comfortable because it is in front of TangCity so all the necessities are available.

Good, being in the city center makes it a romantic atmosphere to see the very beautiful views of the capital city of Tangerang.

The hotel is quite comfortable, close to the mall too.

The only downside is the lack of a smoking room.

Like the place and service, according to my purpose of transit hotel near a big mall (50 m), breakfast is also varied there are indoor and outdoor areas. Many family guests also stay. (Thank you to the receptionist who allowed me to leave my luggage after check-out time, waiting for an afternoon flight). In the future, I will check in here again. *For the owner, it is better to change the color of the ceramic in the bathroom, because from here I can see that this hotel seems to be rebranding, the bathroom area is not yet unified in terms of theme concept and aesthetics. The room was clean and light, but not too spacious for a deluxe room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast in their restaurant was good, with much variety. Will be back here next time...

Executive room recommendation

Highly recommended for those who want a staycation, it's suitable because it's close to the mall and there are lots of minimarkets outside, and the staff are friendly.

Good price with strategic location

The hotel staff was very informative. The rooms were very comfortable and fully equipped. The pre-dawn meal was scheduled for 3 a.m.

The room is very clean, nice and tidy

The hotel is nice, the room is nice, only the AC is leaking so it's uncomfortable, this is the second time I've stayed here.

The hotel staff was friendly. I booked a room but was downgraded because the AC was broken. I ended up getting a room with a problem with the AC too. But it was fixed. There was only a 4pm check-out offer. But I didn't take it because I only needed it for transit. The breakfast menu and service were all good. Overall, it was okay, within my budget.

The room is very noisy, I stayed at the end of the year and got a room that wasn't soundproof, the AC wasn't working, I reported it but there was no response
