This was our second stay here, and hopefully not our last. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city, surrounded by countless cafés and restaurants, with a bus stop just outside that takes you directly to both the beach and the airport. Our room was quiet, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Despite being in such a central location, we slept very well. The communication was smooth, and everything worked exactly as expected. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable base for exploring Alicante.

Communication was excellent from start to finish. Pool was clean & staff v helpful. Location was ideal for exploring Alicante. Sound proof windows were superb as street below is noisy. Free laundry facilities were much appreciated & lockers v useful for day of departure.

Easy check in, good facilities, very friendly and helpful staff.

The pool is a great benefit when the temperature is as hot as it is during Summer

location, wifi was very poor in the apartment , and we could not get Netflix or prime to work on the TV , I contacted Holihome whilst there and they said they had fixed the problem but this was not the case as we could not use the TV , very disappointing as on a winter break having the option of a TV is a must , they really must ensure better WIFI

The apartments were very nice and comfortable but unfortunately we had a huge gathering of people having a Hen party next room in 3D . They were very disrespectful and slammed doors, my husband asked them to keep quiet but they kept going. One off the girls were sick all over the front entrance.

Broken shower door left on balcony, broken and dangerously overheating hairdryer, TV that had to be regularly unplugged to keep working.
