This place was excellent, very spacious and super clean. Had enough space for all of our bags and more. Personal washer in the room was great. I would say the only bad thing was that the beds were super hard and had a rough time with them. A Japanese futon is softer. Other than that, great place, definitely recommend.

The room was very spacious and clean. Liked that the bathroom area can be closed off to the sleeping area. Dryer in the shower room for easy and fast drying. I had a small issue and emailed them to address it and received a response quickly. Nice quiet location away from Dotonburi, but close enough to walk to it. Definitely recommend a stay here.

가족이 2박 동안 머물렀는데, 전반적으로 매우 만족스러운 선택이었습니다. 우선 객실 상태가 무척 청결하고 쾌적하여 아이들과 함께 안심하고 쉴 수 있었습니다. 일본 비즈니스 호텔치고 공간 효율이 좋아 가족 단위 투숙객에게도 적당했습니다. ​무엇보다 직원분들의 친절한 서비스가 인상적이었습니다. 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 세심하게 배려해 주신 덕분에 여행 내내 기분이 좋았습니다. 위치 또한 환상적입니다. 난바역과 가까워 공항 이동이나 시내 관광이 매우 편리했고, 주요 명소들을 도보로 이동할 수 있어 체력 소모를 줄일 수 있었습니다. 깨끗한 시설과 완벽한 위치를 찾는 가족 여행객들에게 강력히 추천합니다.

체크인할때 첨해보는 무인시스템에 좀 당황해서 들어갈때만 약간어렵고 그뒤는 무탈합니다. 저희는 수건을 많이 쓰진않아서 딱 알맞게 썻다만 수건이 더필요할시 요청은 살짝 시간걸리겠다 싶어요
