I reserved a room, and was traveling over a 3 hour drive to the hotel, however I was expected to arrive a little late, I tried calling the number advertised to notify them that I would arrive late, numerous times hours before my arrival. No one answered the phone. Once I arrived, no one was there, I tried calling again, and then upon checking the hotel policies on Hotels.com it stated that this hotel last check-in time is at 8pm and there is no after hour check in. There was no way to contact the hotel at all. I lost over $300 dollars, and I had to quickly find a new hotel to stay at, since I was traveling with my family with 2 younger children. I would not recommend this hotel to those that might be traveling long distances and might arrive late. Terrible customer service or communication, even when I tried to reach the hotel hours before 8pm.

We ask for a room for 4 people and we get a tiny room. And 3 beds They told us that they change it but they didn’t do anything! We asked 5 times they ignored us.

Hieno näkymä parvekkeelta. Aamupala oli hyvä ja henkilökunta avuliasta. Oli oikein hyvä meidän perheelle yhdeksi yöksi

Havde ikke noget værelse trods reservation 4 måneder før ankomst. Fandt anden overnatning til os, hvor de kunne fortælle, at det var 5. elker 6. gang indenfor en uge, det var sket. Virkede rodet og personen i receptionen virkede totalt forvirret og gav indtryk af ikke at have styr på noget som helst

Hotellet var rent och mycket mysigt. Reste med familjen och personalen var tillmötesgående och trevliga. Frukosten var inte särskilt stor men absolut tillräcklig.

Que llames a un establecimiento para notificar a la hora que llegaras y que te contesten que la reserva que tienes no es para ese dia y que no quedan habitaciones en el hotel no es una experiencia agradable

Trasig duschkabin som inte var ren. Flagnande färg på balkongräcket. Gamla heltäckningsmattor. Toalett som saknade handfat. Fick ta i handtaget på toaletten och gå in i duschrummet för att tvätta händerna. Utsikten var fin. Frukost ok ej mer. Överpris för vad man fick.
