The property could have worked on the outdoor landscape better . Ants were noticeable on the premise . It was a pricey stay . But, would not stay without a lakeside view . The bedroom did not face any mountain view as described . Only , over grown greenery is what we saw from bedroom window . The host treated us with a bottle of wine as a welcomed guest . Much appreciated .

A great place to stay! Very central, clean, and easy to communicate with hosts.

The apartment is very outdated. There was an ant problem, and the place smelled like Raid. There is only a hand-held shower with no curtain, and there is no curtain on the bathroom window, which has shutters that can be opened from the outside. The staff that greeted us at check-in was very polite and friendly.

Excellent location! This apartment is huge and cozy. The views from the windows and the balcony are also amazing. We stayed there for two nights. The response from the management team was speedy.

This room was better than we expected. The staff were amazing and so helpful. And the view was breathtaking! The location was also so convenient to walk everywhere as well as using the nearby bus station. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Cannot describe the beauty of Hallstatt and the Lakeview apartment with the balcony at the top was the cherry on the top! Bed was comfortable and the apartment was right near the entrance so easy to get to everything. Had a small fridge and other amenities as well. Bring a bottle of wine and enjoy!

Location was perfect! The bus stop was a 2 minute walk. Private courtyard available for sitting and enjoying the view, host was very communicative and punctual, everything felt very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend! *no hand soap in the bathroom is my only request, only shampoo was provided

Gorgeous apartment - clean, spacious and very comfortable and stylish. View from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch and gentleman who checked us in very helpful. Would have loved to stay longer! Organising check in could have been better, email address I was given didn't work, neither did WhatsApp so only option was to telephone on arrival but the apartment was ready when we arrived at 10am which was great for being able to settle in before sightseeing

The maisonette was exactly as advertised with the best view of the lake, our host had the place very clean and organized. Also, the property manager was extremely helpful and responsive!

Great staff, big apartment, very accessible

Beautiful view and easy location to get to from the Ferry stop. Comfortable bed and appreciated the kitchen area. Basic amenities provided and great for our stay in Hallstatt. They approved an early check in which we were grateful for. The only note is the number and email sent to confirm our arrival time was not a functioning email or number so we didn’t know whether or not our host received our arrival time until we called a different number listed.
