The views of Sumedang city are quite beautiful. The cool air makes it perfect for a family vacation.

The location, the place, the room, the cleanliness, the service, the view, everything was great. The best. However, we were a little disappointed with the breakfast. We paid extra for two people, so we had breakfast for four in total. However, there was only leftover food. When we asked for a refill, we were told it was all gone. The plates were all wet, and we were told to use porridge spoons instead. Even though we arrived for breakfast at 8:00 AM, it was still early because the breakfast cut-off time is 10:00 AM. For your information, we had a deluxe view room, which was priced higher than the other two room types.

I stayed up all night hoping to rest in the morning, but the hotel allowed a gathering in front of the tent where I was staying, which really disturbed our rest. The hotel apologized after the incident without prior permission.

The road to the location requires extreme caution during rainy weather. The staff is friendly. It's quite tiring to carry elderly people up and down the stairs to the rooms.
