The were two curtain tracks in the first room we stayed at, but only one fabric curtain. This was not a problem on the first night (although it is nice when curtain tracks overlap so there is not a gap where the curtains meet). On the second night, it was a problem as several very bright bursts of light came through the curtains throughout the night - bright enough to wake me up when I had dozed off. In our second room, there were two curtains - one made of blockout fabric and one sheer. A much better arrangement.

Faucet in bathroom dripped all of the time.

Nice location to the airport.Snack bar not a restaurant. Room very dated. Furniture stained and carpet needed vacuuming. Very noisy. Avoid, there are better options.

A little further out than i realised but still a brilliant hotel. The staff were all really nice

Great view but quite a long way from Cairns downtown where all the boats are moored. There is a shuttle bus but it runs just 2 times a day

Loved this hotel and the breakfast is excellent. But the only dinner service is in the bar and limited. The Night Market is about a mile away with lots of restaurants and a nice stroll along the harbor walk. We recommend Harborside in Cairns.

We could see the ocean from our room. And I appreciated that they had a laundry facility so that we were able to wash our dirty clothes. The staff was very pleasant and the food was delicious.

Ocean view was spectacular room 721 was magnificent We had 2 balconies with great ocean view . Comfortable bed ...nice mini kitchenette. The only negative thing was the dated cupboards but roomy and functional Staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel .

This is a very nice hotel and we were satisfied with the amenities..what far surpassed expectations was the stafff! Everyone at the front desk was so kind and helpful! They are enough of a reason to come back!! Thank you everyone!!

Great friendly staff, hotel close to the airport but rooms a little aged

Mountain view was great. The staff were very helpful and the meal was well presented, fresh and deliscious. The building itself is not new however, it is close to everything.

Food at the restaurant was very good!

A lovely hotel with great amenities . The property was a 5* star in its day. Needs some painting and attention to detail re cleaning of fans,vents etc The staff are excellent
