Meh. It’s a room. Frills? Nah. AC? I mean it’s there, but you can’t set it. View? The inside of a patio. Stuffy? Yes. If you need a place with four walls and a roof, this is it. If you need ANYTHING else, pay a bit more. You ended up just walking out my last day and getting a nice hotel. On a scale of somewhere between sleeping on a metro bench and a high end hotel. I would never do again. But maybe your needs are ok of you just need a place to stay. Ooh, and don’t expect to communicate with the hotel. They pride themselves on ignoring your messages.

Me gusto Mucho mi estadia, tal cual las fotografias. Habitación Limpia, Todo me Gusto Lo Unico es que no habia plancha para ropa, le consulte a la sra de limpieza y me respondio que no habia.

Location is fantastic. Cleanliness and upkeep left something to be desired. Mattress was dated and sloping in the middle which made a good nights sleep challenging. Would not stay again.

Well adequet and calm I will like to visit nest time

The shower had water damage and mold on the ceiling of the shower. Other than that it was fine.

I very rarely leave reviews, but this place was so disappointing I felt I needed to. Didn’t get my checkin email, had to ring the morning I was due to checkin chasing it. Lift didn’t work. Room floor was dusty & obviously hadn’t been cleaned properly. Shower room was far too small, hardly any room between wall & toilet to be able to access it comfortably. Blinds didn’t keep out light & corridor light streamed in from around the door as it didn’t fit snuggly into the door jam.

They should describe that this is not a hotel, and that even towels will cost you 10€. Is difficult to get information and the standard response will be, look at the site.

Im Bad überall Schimmel, die "Ablage" hat sich aus den letzten Silikonfugen gelöst, benutzen konnte man diese sowieso nicht. Das Bett war nicht einmal 140, was für zwei Erwachsene untragbar ist, geschweigedenn gab es keine Polster, in der Nacht konnte man die Ratten in der Zwischendecke nagen hören, die Lampen hingen zur Hälfte aus ihren Fugen raus. Wenn man das nicht verputzt Fenster öffnet, schaut man direkt in einen Mini Bereich dort liegen dann Zigarettenstummel ohne Ende, die sich im Einklang mit Taubenexkrementen befinden. Die Duschwand funktionierte nicht, der Wasserhahn spritze in alle Richtungen, Shampoo und Duschgel gab es sowieso nicht. Und zu guter letzte sollte man erwähnen, dass die "Eingangstüre", war einfach nur ein Holzbrett, 5cm über dem Boden aufhörte, so schien immer das Licht herein, man hörte jedes Wort das um einen herum gesprochen wurde und das sogenannte Codepad war das "Schloss" welches die Türe versperrte, war der gleiche Code wie bei der Eingangstüre wo alle hinein können und der einzige Mechanismus zum Abschließen dieses Holzbretts, war der Code, kein zusätzliches Schloss, nichts, absolut gar nichts. Nie nie wieder, diese "Unterkunft" sollte schließen müssen. Wir sind nach zwei Nächten in ein Hotel umgezogen.

Es un lugar demasiado incómodo, fue una experiencia muy mala, demasiado ruido, huele a humedad, no tiene jabón, shampoo, no hacen aseo diariamente, es muy difícil que no haya personal, pues no hay control del ruido y las personas se comportan de manera muy desordenada, inicialmente me ubicaron en un cuarto, justo al lado de la lavadora y secadora, el ruido Mercado de San Agustín insoportable, luego me trasladaron a una habitación aún más pequeña por el reclamo que realice, aún así no fue cómodo y encima de todo, estoy tres días y no hacen aseo, porque son sus políticas. El servicio vs el costo, nada que ver muy malo, por ese precio se pueden encontrar mejores hospedajes en Madrid. La ubicación es muy buena, pero es lo único bueno, las camas pequeñas. Terrible experiencia. Hasta hoy ha Sido mi única mala experiencia en Europa. No le recomendaría este hospedaje a nadie y creo que Hoteles.com debería hacer una revisión mas a detalle de lo que publican en su pagina, pues estoy completamente decepcionado con este mal lugar para hospedarse

Tiene una excelente ubicación. La estación del metro plaza España a escasos pasos. El sector muy seguro, pues hay una estación de policía contigua. Ideal para parejas o una sola persona. El único aspecto a mejorar es la comunicación, hasta el último día antes del viaje, me dieron las indicaciones para las llaves virtuales. Por lo demás es una buena elección con respecto a calidad precio

The room was clean (sheets, floor, toilet, all.), the ceiling was high. It seemed to have expanded the space. The location of the place was convenient.

La habitación está bien, falta más detalles pero está aceptable,mejorar mucho la comunicación es complicado contactarlos

la habitación se ve descuidada, no ofrecen servicio de limpieza, estuve en AP Leganitos por trece días y no se molestaron en limpiar la habitación, mas un olor horrible a humedad y espacios encerrados
