It’s my most favorite Riad in all of Morocco! I doubt I’ll ever find a more wonderful team of people who go above and beyond to make everyone’s stay most enjoyable. Believe me when I say they helped me tremendously. I had a booking snag and they accommodated me without hesitation and helped coordinate my travel back to the airport at 3:30am. The Riad is more beautiful in person. Everything is clean. The customer service is the best. I’ll always return to Riad Joy when I travel to Fez/Fes. I genuinely love this place and the staff!

Riad Joy is an absolutely stunning property with beautifully decorated, large and luxurious guest suites. The attention to detail and a quality of craftsmanship in both rooms and public spaces is outstanding; the level of cleanliness is superb. I travel frequently and the kindness and courtesy of the multilingual staff is unsurpassed : I have never experienced better hospitality. We enjoyed the hamman and massage in the small but perfectly designed spa, and the delicious breakfasts were professionally served. We will stay here any time we return to Fes!
