I stayed in a studio unit for six nights. It was as described, comfortable and clean. A couple of comments though… I could have used a few more towels. There was no dish cloth, tea towel or coffee filters in the kitchen. And nowhere to hang clothes. The location was exceptional. And overall the experience was quite acceptable.

Clean and new room. Nicely done. Perfect location. Only thing is checkin is a bit uncoordinated. I had to phone somebody and add them with WhatsApp (email and Expedia were somehow async) which I fortunately have. But Imagine if another visitor comes without network (traveler landed without roaming open) and doesn’t use WhatsApp. They ask people to send ID via email which I was also reluctant but I did so because I think it’s might be necessary. And they said we would receive notice by email upon arrival. But we never receive anything until coming right in front of the door.

The location was great and was walking distance to anything that you would need in Plateau Mont-Royal. The space was nice and clean. The only downside was the sheets and pillowcases had some black (grease?) marks, and the towels were stained with what I think is makeup that wouldn't wash out. The communication with the host was poor. It was raining while I was there and so I had requested an umbrella, which they said they didn't have any. I thought it was a reasonable request as a guest. The listing also said that there would be a hair dryer and there wasn't one, so when I requested that, they said they would bring me one the next day and they never did.

Great location! Lots of restaurants and shops near by.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The facilities were nicely kept and made our downtime really comfortable, and the size of the place was perfect for our needs—spacious enough to relax, but not overwhelming. What really stood out was the location: it’s in a fantastic neighborhood with easy access to all kinds of local shops and restaurants, so there was always something nearby to enjoy. We recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-situated place to stay!
