New hotel, clean, big playground, not too big swimming pool, ok breakfast.

There will be another staycation in Trans Hotel Jakarta. Thank you for the hospitality.

Hopefully it can be better, at least on par with Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is delicious. The playground is fun.

Near the mall, convenient parking, there is a mosque in the mall for Friday prayers and near the toll gate.

The first choice hotel for Cibubur and surrounding areas.

Will come back here again and stay 2 nights next time ❤️‍🩹

The hotel is very clean and the staff is also friendly.

Staff initiative is extraordinary. They allowed us for early check-in and sent the key to us at the lobby without waiting in line. Negative feedback, only some of the facilities are still under maintenance, acceptable since it was a soft opening.

Thank you, Trans.. Giving my son a birthday cake made from towels was very memorable. Giving him a small cake was very memorable.

It was a great stay. The mall was just a short walk down the stairs, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The service was very friendly.

The kids are super happy. The playground and pool are very kid-friendly ❤️

First time to this hotel. Really salute the service of all the staff, starting from entering the hotel lobby door, to the receptionist, to the 22nd floor the coolest location the view is a must recommend for photos, to the children's playground, to the dining area, to the swimming pool, to the gym all the staff are very friendly and very helpful. Plus the hotel is also really cool, starting from entering the lobby to all areas of the hotel are really cool. Definitely recommend, next time I want to go there again. Thank you to all the hotel staff, hopefully there will be more visitors 🤲

Satisfactory service, pleasant atmosphere. Perhaps it should be a new hotel, so the facilities are still good. Hopefully, it can be maintained.

Breakfast time is not conducive, we had to wait 20 minutes to get a table. Very bad management.

I happened to be staying during high season, and there was a long line to check in. But a staff member came over and helped me check in because she saw I was bringing a child. The service was top-notch.
