I want this idea to succeed, however this particular hotel is let down by various design oversights. Specifically: - Only one hook in the shower and no bench or other place to put dry clothes, etc. - A really bright blue light on the capsule ventilation system that stays on whenever the ventilation is on. Which makes it hard to sleep with the ventilation on. - Also even with the ventilation the capsule was too hot over night. - The magnetic lock on the door is basically for show, it takes very little effort to just push the door open. Needs to have at least a manual lock inside. Aside from that the staff were friendly, and I think this idea could be great. It just needs a better thought out design details.

It is a cool concept. Took a while for bathrooms to be cleaned. They didn't offer to sale food like their sister branch, Capsule Hotel, did. The magnet used to lock my capsule was NOT secure at all! They need to properly make fixes not quick cheap ones. The ac was also very terrible, had to keep my capsule doors open to get a cool breeze. The first floor was very warm compared to the third floor of capsules.

I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make sure guests didn’t get lost. Another advantage of the location is that it is quite close to the metro station. Although the residence does not provide breakfast, there is a Tim Hortons nearby, which makes up for it.

Stayed for 1 night.

Checked in late, left very early for my appointment at 6:50am to wait for uber that picked me up at 7:50am and wasn’t given a chance to come back for a nap since I didn’t want to move with the card or Key for personal reasons.

All around a great place to stay at when travelling alone. Provides a safe place to hang your hat in the hectic city atmosphere. Lots of amenities within a short walking distance of the hostel.

Very helpful for a one night stay but not much more... I get the capsule concept of it all for the bed space, but for the showers a bit more space could've been added so that there could be a seat or some space to put our clothes on instead of the wet floor. Also could be interesting to have vending machines...

My stay at the Capsule hotel was a great experience. The staff was amazing and very helpful. #Ahmed assisted me and naturally helped others as well.
