Good

My room was clean. The sheets were bloodless (this seems random but it happened once to me [at a different location] and I never forget to check the sheets now). Toilet was clean. 2 packs of coffee for the morning. Was short 1 sugar for 2 triple triples but there were calorie free alternative sweetners (but they offer up the good raw sugar). All in all, I would stay at this hotel regularly for my Edmonton trips.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, lots of space. Had issues with our room keys so we had to get staff to swipe their card to allow for the elevator to go to our floor. Just a minor inconvenience for the added security measure. Would have liked to have information about the restaurant provided in the room (menu, hours, etc). Friendly staff. Great for the price.

Have to admit, when I first showed up, I thought it was going to be a sketchy hotel. Turns out it was one of the better sleeps I ever had, left my vehicle outside.all was good in the morning .They have security at night. It was perfect. Think the true gem of this hotel is the staff. Absolutely friendly and make you feel very welcome.

Pros: cheap. Staff was nice. Bed was fairly comfortable. Fridge and microwave. Cons: the building looks like it’s falling apart. The roof is leaking in the lobby. There are mouse traps everywhere. Fan is super loud and windows don’t open, so you have to keep it on or the room becomes stuffy. Missing things like glasses, only one bar of soap for sink and shower. Nowhere to hang towels. Nowhere in the shower to put soap etc except the floor.

Room and beds were comfortable and clean. Only issue was we stayed on the top floor, room 401 I believe. The ice machine was all we could hear most of the night. It would be a good consideration to move that ice machine somewhere else or have better sound proofing.

One of the female employees there was raising her voice at customers. This morning, she approached us aggressively and used offensive language toward us. I had brought five friends with me, and we had rented three rooms. Because of this situation, we canceled all three rooms and checked out. You need to warn your staff and ensure they treat customers respectfully.

It was super small, basic and not a great view.

The room was clean, the staff was kind and helpful, I think the only slightly questionable part was the area of town? Being new to Edmonton I was unsure of how safe the neighborhood was. But that is not to do with the hotel and our stay was good, very conveniently located close to the West Edmonton Mall

Could not stay there for to no pets allowed. Nice young lady behind the desk helped me find a pet friendly room in the area.

Poor customer service from Frontdesk, Improving courtesy, and customer engagement would greatly enhance the quality of service provided. Parking is good. Room is vey clean but no towels to hang inside the washroom.

The hotel is a little dated, but I had a great stay there. The room was nice and clean, I was happy to see a step in shower. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. I would stay there again, the next time I’m in Edmonton.

No hot water during my stay. Internet was not working correctly. Check in staff couldn't or didn't no the area for good restraints.

The rooms were clean, the staff very helpful. Despite what it looks like on the outside, the inside was well looked after.

Horrible place, even tho we booked queen bed, we got double. The bedding wasn't good and neither the towels. Hair dryer had all dirt of the world and staff was arrogant too.

Older hotel that’s been fixed up, Room was nice and clean, Only problem was the shower curtain, junk, keep falling off when I used the shower. Good bus transport location close to hotel.
