The first night we had tons of problems for example the window wouldn’t open, room was under construction, bathroom door was not closing completely and was REALLY squeaky, no air conditioning, and there was no hot water. Maintenance man said he couldn’t do anything about it. Next day they changed our room but the whole stay the WiFi was REALLY weak and bad

The staff only communicated via email or text which was impersonal. There was no one at the front desk. The rooming house was under construction and the workers were there during the evening hours. The carpet in my room was worn. The room faced an alley which had trash in it. There was a charge for cleaning the room or take the trash out. There were bugs in the room, so I did not eat in the room. No live television--only subscription services (Amazon, Netflix, etc. ). No closet. The location is good to a lot of activities.
