Friendly staff, clean environment, clean room and bathroom. They welcomed me even though I checked in after 8 PM. The swimming pool was also clean.

Good location, many places to eat near the hotel, nice swimming pool inside. Due to the hotel's fault, we were late checking in, but got free breakfast for 5 people. Next time I go to Ubud, I want to stay here again. The service is also good.

Jalan masuk di dalam gang dan jalannya rusak. Kalau cottage nya oke, bagus dan bersih, hanya saja kamar saya water heater nya tidak berfungsi. Padahal airnya dingin sekali, dan saya membawa anak kecil yang selalu kedinginan tiap mandi. Sudah lapor ke pihak cottage, kata mereka sudah diganti gasnya, tapi heater tetap tidak berfungsi.

Friendly, helpful, fast response staffs. I requested early check-in and it was free. The 1st room was quite damp and had a leak in the toilet. Then I upgraded to other room & paid 100k, it was so big and clean but unfortunately there were a lot of mosquitoes.

The room was spacious and the balcony as well! Worth the price. Really had a good time there! Check in process was very fast. No need to worry for the parking lot. ☺👌.

There is a swimming pool so it is suitable for children who like to play in the water. There is also a bathtub in the bathroom, further pampering guests. The most unpleasant experience, the most sad for us while in Bali. Came in the lobby to be greeted by a large and smelly pile of garbage, no staff there, only 1 person had one. The room is very stuffy, the telf line is dead, the air conditioner is hot (not serviced & lacks freon), the water in the bathroom has no hot water even though the location in Ubud is cold, the toilet is dirty. I was only there 3 hours and decided to find another hotel.

The air conditioner might be a bit broken, maybe because it hasn't been operating for a long time during the pandemic. So yes, you know.
