The villa is good, according to the photo on Traveloka when I want to order. Good food, strategic location, not msk2 inside. Minus the ac is a bit less cold during the day. Because the rooms are big. The check-in and check-out process is quite fast, good service, there is a welcome drink. Overall good.

Kamar oke bersih. Hanya saja pelayanan kurang oke di banding lain nya. Saya tidak kerasa kesan keramahan yang natural orang bali nya apa lagi manager nya. Kurang pencahayaan saat malam. Tidak cocok untuk yang mau menginap ramai-ramai / acara bareng teman-teman/keluarga dalam 1 villa lebih dari 2 orang dewasa padahal villa nya luas. Terlalu ketat peraturannya. Saya datang 4 orang dewasa 2 anak kecil. Di karenakan di tanggal tersebut sudah tidak ada ketersedian kamar. Klebihan 2 orang dewasa mesti bayar 300rb/orang tdak dapat breakfast. Untung masih dapat hotel di sekitar jadi klebihan orang dewasa nya nginep d hotel yang tidak jauh. Perhitungan dalam pemakaian AC, air, dan lain-lain. Tidak mencerminkan hotel bonafit n premium. Masa hotel bintang 5 itung-itung an dalam pemakain air, AC, dan lain-lain lucu sangad. Sarapan standard banget untuk menu utama nasi goreng n mie goreng. Bgi saya pribadi klu dengan harga normal d villa ini harga vs playanan dan fasilitas ga sbanding. Terlalu mahal.

Tempatnya sangat luas, banyak tempat-tempat untuk bersantai, fasilitasnya juga lengkap. Untuk kamarnya sangat luas, bersih dan sangat nyaman. Staff sangat friendly, fast respond terhadap keluhan kita dan langsung ditangani dengan baik, fasilitas di dalam villa juga berfungsi dengan baik. Sangat recommended apabila liburan keluarga stay ditempat ini. Akan lebih baik lagi apabila kolam-kolam di dalam villa dibersihkan dan pencahayaan di dalam villa lebih ditingkatkan lagi, karena pada malam hari cukup gelap diarea meja makan, bathtub, area pintu masuk villa dan juga area depan lobby. Overall sangat puas dengan tempat ini dan akan kembali jika ke bali lagi.

Saya senang nginep di hotel ini, pelayanan super ramah, alat mandi lengkap, kalo ada yang kurang bisa minta nanti mereka kasih. Kamar dibersihkan tiap hari, makanan enak, kamar luas sesuai gambar, kolam renang juga bersih siap pakai. Suasana asri, tapi tetap mewah. Trus paling aku suka, saat kita sampe jam 8 pagi, mereka bergegas siapkan kamar, habis itu jam 9 an kami udah bisa check in, check out minta tambah waktu 30 menit mereka kasih 1 jam. Pokoknya pelayanan memuaskan banget. Semua staff ramah dan sangat sigap serta cekatan. Kami akan dateng kembali kalo le Ubud. O iya, sekitar hotel juga banyak kafe dan tempat makan ya.

The check-in schedule is 5 at 12 but I arrived at 8 in the morning, the officers rushed to prepare the room and at 9 I was able to get a room. The rooms are spacious as in the picture, the atmosphere is beautiful, the pool is clean, the villa is cleaned every day. What I like the most here, the service is very good, perfect, all the officers are friendly, full of smiles and very quick to serve customers. Hopefully the future will always be busy. Thank you.

Beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff.

The rooms are very spacious, beautiful, but too open and the feel is really creepy if we are just the two of us, but when it comes to hanging out with family, there are lots of places to hang out.

Saya sangat senang menginap di hotel ini. Staff ramah dan kamarnya bersih, next saya akan kembali lagi menginap di sini.

Really friendly all the staff, all the food is delicious, the villa is clean, very spacious, just in case if you go to Ubud again, come back here. If there were more than 10 stars I would have given it.

Kamarnyaa bagus banget, sangat cocok buat yang ingin honeymoon. Sekitaran resort juga banyak tempat makan yang kece, service totally keren, staff-nya ramah dan sangat garcep.

I had a great experience for my staycation in here! Loving the hospitality! Especiall to Mr Kama for showing me around the Villa and also the Intern Lady that I forgot to asked her name. The breakfast were great also the place is quite and calm at night..

One of the amazing place i stayed in. So clean, beautiful structure, spacious, with your own pool in your villa wow still dreaming about this place. The staffs are so nice and friendly, they took care and entertained my 6 months baby while we’re eating and their food? Wow so delicious. Highly recommend place for family and honeymooners, I’m surely will get back in this paradise!
