I'm here just for a short staycation and impressed with the size of the room and it's comfortable for me. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was still dusty like it just renovated. I could tell because the bathroom mat still had ceiling paint stains and there is water seepage from the upstairs.

Stay here few times and it was an excellent ecperience. The staff were all nice and friendly. The room very spacy, the view is great. Will definetely back here everytime I go to Balikpapan.
