Stayed at SkySuites – The Samator Surabaya. The room was spacious and clean, neatly arranged, and comfortable. The design is simple yet modern, and there's a smart TV so you can watch Netflix without any hassle. The atmosphere is peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The service is also friendly and quick to respond to minor issues. Overall, my stay was quite good. 😊

So much fun!
The first time I stayed here, I was skeptical, like, for around 300,000 Rupiah you can get a view and a comfortable, clean room. When we arrived, wow, it was truly amazing! The place was spacious, clean, you could watch YouTube in the room, and it wasn't dusty at all. You could cook as much as you wanted, and the pool was huge! It was great that there was a kids' pool too!

Very nice, 2BR type staying with kids. Clean, AC in every room, complete facilities with cutlery, all cooking utensils are available, new gallon jug, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, Netflix, YouTube are all fast, everything is great. Access to the children's pool, adult pool, and direct connection to the mall. Admin is fast response and very, very, very nice. Thank you, highly recommended 🫶

easy check in, the room is as expected, not too spacious but enough for our family, with 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 toddlers.. requested city view and was granted, next time want to try the pool view, have often stayed at orchard tanglin 1br, 2br, by miracle and always satisfied, this time the Anderson is no less satisfied, complete facilities, just lacking a magic com.. overall will come back again

For everything, it can be said to be good. The facilities are really good. Starting from the swimming pool, gym, basketball court, children's playground, everything is really well maintained, the place is indeed on the outskirts of the city but when we need a place to stay around there, this apartment is the right choice. We have no trouble eating because there is a food court with delicious food. There is a small supermarket downstairs. Complete in our opinion. It even crossed our mind to just staycation here. Because we feel comfortable 😄😄

Overall it's good, the service from the security guard is very helpful, the apartment owner is responsive, the place and room are comfortable, the bathroom facilities with hot water are okay, the parking lot is adequate, overall I'm satisfied. The deposit refund is fast, it's great and recommended.
