The location is absolutely strategic—it’s right in the heart of Georgetown, close to local eateries, cultural sites, and convenience stores, which made getting around super easy. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering great value for money. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, strong Wi-Fi, and overall cozy atmosphere. Great experience as always. Already a regular here in One Pacific, so apologies for no photos. Comfortable and spacious rooms, clean, close to Island Hospital. Well-maintained furniture, strong water shower, with hot and cold water.

Good place to stay, simple and nice. Good location for family and couple to make good trip. The room is nice and clean. Staffs all quiet friendly (Front Office). Sure will choice back for next trip.

This is my favorite place, I will for sure stay here every time I come to Penang. The location is near New Lane street market, several options of minimarkets, dim sum place, pharmacies, and durians. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is clean, and all amenities are provided. They have service for those who are coming to Penang for medications, they provide free shuttle from and to several hospitals, and allow early check-in or late check-out if you still need time to complete your visit with your doctors.

The staff mostly are very professional and super friendly! We like it very much, feels like home.
