The staff was good, even at peak check-in time (3 pm). I also got the requested preference of the room. Easy to buy drinking water too, as there is a convenience store in the building. I can also wash clothes as there is a washing machine available. Always stay here when I go to Gleneagles Hospital, as it's only next to it. Thank you for the overall good service.

Just stayed at Macalisterz 22 and I absolutely loved the room. It was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and super comfortable. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully arranged, making it really easy to relax. Definitely one of the coziest stays I’ve had, 👍highly recommended!

If you are planning to visit Penang and get a check-up at Gleneagles Hospital, then staying at Mansion One is the best option. It is very convenient and makes access to the hospital much easier. The staff are also very helpful, friendly, and responsive. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of space for families. The location is strategic as well—it’s not too far from George Town’s street art area and only a 5-minute walk to Northam Beach Café, which is a great bonus. I had a great stay at Mansion One and would highly recommend it.

We stayed at the Comfortable Studio. We were very grateful to the owner for allowing us to check in early because we landed before 3 pm in Penang. The owner was kind and responsive. The unit also matched the photos shown on the Traveloka app. We enjoyed our stay here and felt comfortable. The location is very strategic, right next to Gleneagles Hospital Penang and there is a Wellings pharmacy, supermarket, and Starbucks. It is also close to other hospitals in Penang, such as Penang Adventist Hospital.

This apartment provided a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly accommodating, allowing a late check out. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and boasted spacious rooms. The view was breathtaking, and the location was perfect, with numerous dining options nearby. The fact that it's situated by the roadside ensured a safe and well-lit environment. Highly recommend! It was a very GREAT experience to stay here. There are very helpful receptionists, 24-hour security guard, there is a convenient store down the apt, very near to Gurney Plaza, Gurney Bay, Gurney Paragon Mall. The room is clean and has complete facilities that we can use during our stay, such as washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, ironing, microwave, oven, refrigerator, water heater. I was staying on the 25th floor and the view from up there was really jaw dropping… I recommend this apt for you guys ❤️.
