This hotel is located in the heart of Garut, with a very strategic location, but seriously, the price per night is incredibly cheap! Although the building is old, the hotel is comfortable, clean, the rooms are quite spacious, and the receptionist is super friendly!

Clean, tidy, and friendly staff. My friends and I were allowed to store our suitcases and other belongings even though it wasn't check-in time yet. Thank you. I'm very satisfied. Recommended. The location is also only 5 minutes from Garut Station. Absolutely the best.

Staying at Mercure Garut offers the added convenience of having Ramayana Prime shopping mall located right next door, making shopping and dining easy. The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. While the check-in area can get quite crowded at times due to limited space, the experience is made much better by the attentive, friendly, and helpful staff who are always willing to assist. Breakfast comes with an extensive selection catering to a variety of tastes. I particularly enjoyed the freshly made juices and traditional jamu, which were refreshing, nourishing, and energizing. It was great to know that they were prepared with real fruits and spices without added sugar. The hotel is also conveniently located not far from Garut Station and has easy access to public transportation, such as angkot services just within walking distance. Overall, I would recommend Mercure Garut for its comfort, convenience, great service and dining experience.

The location is fantastic, the staff are all friendly, and most importantly, the cleanliness is top-notch. Oh yeah, the rooms are also very aesthetic.

Highly recommend, incredibly friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Strategic location close to the city center. Will definitely be back again.
