Room is beyond expectations, better than photo, location is very easy to reach, spacious and comfortable parking. The room service is top, the cuisine is okay too. Next trip will definitely come back again. 😇

The hotel staff is very friendly, the service is good, the hotel room is very clean, the water heater works, basically it's great.

This was my first experience in Garut. I stayed here for one night and met very friendly and helpful staff. The taste of the food at breakfast really suits my taste, the cleanliness of the room is good, the facilities such as the swimming pool and Wi-Fi internet are good and usable. I will visit again when I go to Garut.

Cocok untuk keluarga (saya 5 orang dewasa dengan 4 anak kecil). Ada 2 kamar dengan masing-masing 1 double bed. Dan ternyata ada 1 ekstra kasur busa juga, lumayan buat anak-anak sambil rebahan depan TV. Sofa juga bisa buat selonjoran. Kamar mandi ada air panasnya. Dapur minimalis ada panci sama penggorengan, sendok, beberapa gelas sama piring. Bisa lah buat sekadar masak mie atau goreng-goreng telur. Dispenser air panas juga nyala. TV dan Wi-Fi nyala, yang terpenting rumahnya bersih rapi, ada area terbuka di belakang. Pemiliknya responsif sekali, ramah dan gercep kalau ada apa-apa. Alamat mudah dicari, dekat kalau mau ke Cipanas atau ke pusat kota.

Every corner of the room is well maintained, and the good soundproofing ensures that I can rest peacefully without being disturbed by outside noise. The presence of Android TV in the room is a pleasant added value, allowing me to enjoy various entertainment easily. This really makes my rest time more enjoyable and satisfying. In addition, the lounge facilities in the hotel lobby are my favorite place to relax. With the TV and musical instruments, I and other guests can enjoy time together, sing, and share happiness. This creates a warm and pleasant atmosphere, making my stay even more memorable. The hotel also has an interesting partnership with Soto Ahri, giving guests the chance to sample Soto Ahri at an affordable price. This is one of the advantages that made me feel like I got more value during my stay here. The opportunity to enjoy delicious local cuisine without having to leave the hotel is an experience that I really appreciate. Overall, this hotel provides an amazing stay experience with friendly service, complete facilities, and various conveniences that make me feel very appreciated as a guest. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Its strategic location is close to several tourist attractions in Garut, especially the Cipanas area. It's also convenient for those planning to climb Mount Guntur. It's a perfect place to stop and unwind after a long hike.
