Breakfast comes with an extensive selection catering to a variety of tastes. I particularly enjoyed the freshly made juices and traditional jamu, which were refreshing, nourishing, and energizing. It was great to know that they were prepared with real fruits and spices without added sugar. The hotel is also conveniently located not far from Garut Station and has easy access to public transportation, such as angkot services just within walking distance. Overall, I would recommend Mercure Garut for its comfort, convenience, great service and dining experience.

This hotel is located in the heart of Garut, with a very strategic location, but seriously, the price per night is incredibly cheap! Although the building is old, the hotel is comfortable, clean, the rooms are quite spacious, and the receptionist is super friendly!

This was my first experience in Garut. I stayed here for one night and met very friendly and helpful staff. The taste of the food at breakfast really suits my taste, the cleanliness of the room is good, the facilities such as the swimming pool and Wi-Fi internet are good and usable. I will visit again when I go to Garut.

My first time staying here. The kids had a great time swimming. The water wasn't too cold, and there was a hot tub in the corner for therapeutic purposes. There were plenty of slippery slides, so I was really happy. I stayed in the Kayu Kencana room. The room was very compact, not very large, but comfortable enough with cool air conditioning, complete amenities, and a plunge pool in the bathroom. Breakfast was quite tasty, and the menu was varied.

The hotel staff was friendly, responsive, and communicative. Despite the low price, the room, service, and cleanliness were excellent. I hope to visit Garut again and stay here again.

Room is beyond expectations, better than photo, location is very easy to reach, spacious and comfortable parking. The room service is top, the cuisine is okay too. Next trip will definitely come back again. 😇
