Ownernya ramah, responnya cepat. Bangunannya baru. Sangat bersih, rapi, dan ruangannya luas, nyaman untuk istirahat. Membawa mobil pun bisa diparkir di carpot sehingga mobil tidak kepanasan. Villa ini hanya 5 menit dari Jatim Park 3, bebas macet dan dekat dengan Alfamart dan ATM. Udara sejuk, kulkas, TV dan sofa ada. Perlengkapan masak pun komplit, meja makan pun besar, air hangat untuk mandi juga tersedia, kamar mandi bersih. Tempat tidur sangat nyaman, dengan fasilitas yang ada, harga sangatlah murah. Ascent Hotel & Cafe Malang (Formely Maxone Ascent Hotel Malang)
Nice hotel. Easy access. Very friendly staff. Not try the food, but should be OK. Many western people was found there. Need improvement for the parking area on the back side, perhaps can be add shades roof so the customer car can be protected from rain and sun. But overall, the hotel is OK.

I like the hotel. The room is small but clean and the staff are friendly. There is a small restaurant beside the hotel and close to laundry service.
